Remodeled craftsman cottage, walkable to downtown Mill Valley and it's many shops and restaurants. 2 blocks from Old Mill Park, which is great for an afternoon walk or taking the kids to the playground. 20 minutes to San Francisco, and 15 minutes to Muir Woods, Tiburon and Sausalito. 3 blocks to the Dipsea Trail. Come enjoy a country retreat in Mill Valley or use this cottage as a home base while visiting family and friends.

Charming & Walkable

What an incredible property! The owners are very responsive and helpful. The only minor thing to note is its proximity to a school, which can be quite bustling throughout the day. Nevertheless, it's absolutely worth it; the property itself is cozy, and the added convenience of being able to stroll into town truly makes the entire experience delightful. Highly recommend 10/10.

Our home is centrally located. You can easily park your car, and walk the entire time you're in Mill Valley!
