There is a 26-inch flat screen TV in master bedroom and a 50-inch flat screen HDTV in the living room with extended basic cable and DVD Player.

Comfy Beach Condo

Condo is in a resort-style complex with pools, grills and sand volleyball court. Quick access to the beach via the walkway over the dunes. The condo had everything we needed for a three week stay. Beds were comfy and it was nice to have a half-bath downstairs. Courtney was awesome and super responsive. We will definitely stay again in the future

Just As Advertised

The location, cleanliness and overall condo experience was great! I really liked the layout of the condo, as the bedrooms were upstairs and the living area was down. We could walk right across the wooden sidewalk to the beach. Elevator worked well and the on site staff were very helpful. We are planning to rent this condo again this summer!

Everything was as advertised. The room, pools and beach access was great. Couple of issues with our unit. Upstairs bathroom water flow was extremely slow. So much so that we could not use the Jacuzzi Tub. There was also a couple of dead Cockroaches in the kitchen area.. The pool deck area has a big red ant problem.. Crawling everywhere and on anytime touchhing the ground. At the pothathe MB h

Really nice and spacious!

We loved our stay. The accommodations were clean, nicely decorated and we had plenty of room for 2 parents, 3 teens and a 6 year old. Beach was perfect, pools and other resort amenities were top notch. And for the official record, I won the giant Jenga game. Thanks for sharing your space with us.

Family Vacay

We've stayed in many of the units at the MP but this is probably our favorite so far. I loved the chairs on the balconies for enjoying coffee and evening drinks. The umbrella on the balcony was a wonderful benefit mid-day. The master was large enough that we were able to put our twin air mattress at the foot of the bed so our grandson could have a "sleepover" with us. He loved waking up and looking out the windows at the ocean. You just can't beat the views from this unit and just so many little niceties! The fridge has in door water/ice which was super convenient as I am always refilling my water bottle. All beds were comfy. Just a super nice, quiet unit with great views, lots of room, and plenty of cooking supplies.

Beautiful view of the pool and ocean beyond it.

This property was amazing. Much better than pictures or an online description can say. When you walk in the front door your eyes are drawn to the view outside through the floor to ceiling windows. The master is upstairs with the same view from the floor to ceiling windows. Our biggest decision of the day was; which of the 2 balconies to have our coffee on. The condo was very clean and decorated nicely with a beach theme. Pools and hot tub were clean and well maintained. Walk to the beach over the dunes using there private boardwalk was wonderful. We will stay again and highly recommend it.

We were very pleased with the accommodations and the location. Kitchen was well stocked and we were able to prepare our own meals. Easy access to beach and pool area. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pool and ocean. Very relaxing.

I have stayed at Mayan Princess over the years and loved it! This unit is the nicest one yet! I chose this property for its open air hallways and stairwells, oasis pool, and uncrowded beach front. The Condo left me wanting for nothing. Thank you.
