The cottage has soaring ceilings with wood floors and all the modern amenities and an open-style floor plan and is all one level. There is a morning porch to enjoy your coffee with the sunrise, and an evening porch on the back of the house to have a cookout under the coconut palm trees, A gas grill is available for your use with sunset afterglows in the backyard. Lighting around the yard provides a nice ambiance. The entire yard is fenced to keep your children and pups safe. The Conch Key Fishing Lodge on the island provides a boat launch, dock space, boats, kayaks, jet skis all available for rental. Spend the day on the water. Fish off the 3-mile-Long Key Bridge right at the foot of Conch Key. Long Key and Tom's Harbor bridges are famous for Tarpon that migrate to the Keys in spring. This home is all yours no sharing anything. King bed in one room and Queen in the other. Full-size washer and dryer in the bathroom closet.
