Cottage Keys recentemente ristrutturato, situato in posizione centrale su un CANALE DIRETTO per aprire l'acqua, a tre lotti dall'oceano. Ha tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno per la tua vacanza perfetta: cucina attrezzata, macchina per il caffè, lenzuola, asciugamani, smart TV con Netflix. Tutti i nuovi mobili ed elettrodomestici, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Un sacco di parcheggio per il rimorchio e i veicoli della tua barca.
Vicino a Publix per generi alimentari, Walgreens, stazione di servizio e tutti i ristoranti dell'isola.

Best location ever!

This is the second time we've stayed here. It's an amazing place! Very clean, wonderfully located, and if you are looking for water access- this spot is less than 100yards from the oceanside. In 10 minutes you're on the reef! Deep canal, easy in and out. This is a true hidden gem!

The perfect location

Beautiful and extremely clean place! Its the perfect location and has friendly neighbors on the canal. We watched the manatees come during the day, and tarpon come in at night. We loved having the kayak and paddle board to use too. 10/10 would totally stay here again. Close to the store, and beautiful sombrero beach

A piece of paradise

If you are looking for the most relaxing getaway, with plenty of things to do that are near. Great restaurants, fishing, turtle hospital, dolphin research center, aquarium, and right out back of your getaway you may catch sight of a manatee or two. The management is very helpful with any questions or concerns you may have ,great people! You will not be disappointed with this gem!!!

Awesome stay in Marathon

Excellent location. The property was spotless and all appliances updated. Being right on a canal was a bonus. Saw a mother manatee and her calf. Communication with the owner was great. Would definitely come back here again.

Nice place, conveniently located in the the middle Keys. Ocean access and boat dock was perfect and very handy. Overall, great stay.

Perfect setup for a week on the water

If you are a boater look no further! This is definitely the place to spend a week on the water. Close to open water and many more things to do.

Great Place

We had a great time at this property. Everything was as described and was a great location to explore the Keys. We enjoyed the pool, the kayaks, and late snacks on the screened in patio after a day in the Keys.

Sweet little place

We stayed here for a week between 2 other places that we shared with other couples. Unit is really cute and very spacious for a one bedroom. We had a pretty warm week and the pool was well used. Easy access to the Atlantic by boat. Groceries only a couple of miles away. Area was very quiet. Excellent parking for a boat and trailer. Kitchen well stocked. Shower was divine--roomy with excellent water pressure. King bed comfy. Highly recommend.

Two thumbs up

This place was perfect, with communication with the host to getting a great night sleep. We brought our boat, and it was so convenient to be able to keep it out your back door. We used the pool and the fire pit, and the size of the house was perfect for just us two. Seeing Manatees and sea turtles was such a big plus.

Very clean

The property was in a very good location on the canal straight into the Atlantic enjoyed coming in and out with the boat lotta room, outback to fish off the docks and enjoy My time and the keys Will be making reservations again for the next year same time

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely trip. This home has so many positives but the best part for our family was the back porch. It was spectacular to stay in the back enclosed area rain or shine. We are so happy with this property and I would book it again… we are planning our next visit.

Great place

We had a nice great time in Marathon. The property is nicely updated, centrally located and if you had boat (which I typically do...but fished with some friends) you would be in the Atlantic within minutes. I would stay here again and recommend it.
