Adorable Cottage Downtown Rogers. Completely Remodeled but kept all the charm. Completely furnished with comfy beds and anything and everything you may need. In fact, you may never want to leave. Super close to all that Downtown Rogers has to offer. Great food, Live music, Farmers Market and so much more! Close to Beaver Lake, Several hiking trails, Crystal Bridges, Great place to be in the middle of it all.

Great Rogers Place

Wife and I spent a long weekend in Rogers house hunting and we loved coming back each day to relax after being out and about. Close to everything, especially nice to go up to Lake Atalanta to walk the trails.

Everything we needed

The lovely house was perfect. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds super comfortable. We cycled on the spur trail to the Razorback Greenway right from the house. We walked into downtown Rogers for dinner one night and just for a stroll another. Beautiful neighborhood, nice and quiet. Would stay here again!

Great Little Rogers House

The property is very well maintained and we particularly liked the care the owner showed in maintaining items like coffee, detergent and essential other cooking items. The cottage is petite but was ample for my wife and I, with a nice sitting area. And the location is very close to Rogers downtown and a number of excellent ethnic restaurants.

Girls trip

Overall, it was a pleasant stay!! Great location and beautiful home. There was only a few things that made the rating a little lower which is the cleanliness as we found a lot of spiders and spider webs and ants in the kitchen. The tv remote also didn’t work really well. We did have a good time staying there besides that. Felt safe being there!

Pedal the Razorback Greenway

It was perfectly located for pedaling. We also went to Crystal Bridges and the Pea Ridge National Park. Easy walking to different choices for dinner. Will definitely go back. Thank you so much.

Perfect!

My husband and I stayed here during a long weekend trip to the Rogers/Bentonville area. The house was just what we needed-- well stocked and extremely cute and cozy. We were able to buy a few groceries from the nearby Walmart and Aldi and cooked breakfasts and simple lunches in the kitchen. Amy was very responsive to all communications. Thank you for a wonderful weekend!

Clean and Cozy!

Perfect place to stay in Rogers. The cute house was perfect for a girls weekend. Clean and comfortable accommodations with everything we needed. We were a short drive to the Amp and we walked to the downtown area and visited the open market, cute shops and restaurants. We'll definately stay here again!

Such an awesome property

This house was perfect for me and my boyfriend! The house was super clean, bathroom was stocked up with soap and clean towels, and we felt more than safe staying here. The property manager had great communication and we enjoyed our stay.
