Cute cottage, very comfy and cozy. Two king beds are comfortable, but soft if you need a hard bed. This place was perfect for us, but we didn’t use the kitchen much, so I can’t really attest to the absence or presence of items you might need for that. Everything we needed was available, seems like the hosts have tried to think of everything. Pretty quiet, lots of wildlife around including deer, birds, squirrels, as well as some roosters and chickens across the road. I’d recommend!

Pleasantly Surprised

This place was awesome! We drove from Northern Wisconsin to Arkansas and after a 13 hour drive we were greeted with the lights on. Walked in and it was very clean and set up perfectly. So many little extras they provide to make it special... coffee, teas, creamers, spices, bathroom extras like razor, soap, face creams and wipes, games, records, marshmallows for the fire pit, mints on your bed, a few bottled waters in the frig, ice cubes in freezer, too many to think of them all. Hosts respond immediately to questions we had. They ozone between guests --- that alone to me gives them an A rating! Not afraid to sit on the furniture or touch anything ;) We will be back!!!

Beautiful wooded lot

It's not right in town, but nearby to everything in Rogers and Bentonville - and we had a nice day trip to Eureka Springs too. Very clean unit with all the amenities. We didn't use most of the amenities and little thoughful things provided - but still nice that they were there, if neeeded. Really enjoyed that wooded neighborhood and the wildliffe. Would definitely stay in the same place again.

Rogers has a lot going on, and the host has great recommendations for places to visit. It worked out really well for our family of four to stay while exploring the area.

Location was a good fit for our trip. Close to town but homes are spaced far enough apart to provide privacy. Hosts provided just about everything for convenience.

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious

We had an amazing trip. The cottage was beautifully decorated, with comfortable furniture and large rooms. We had THE BEST sleep in the beds. The cottage had everything we needed to enjoy our time and there were lots of bonuses that you don't find at other rentals. The hosts were very responsive and offered great tips for our stay. We had one very minor problem during our stay and the host was quick to respond and fix the problem. We will definitely stay here again. Thank for a wonderful trip!

After successfully hosting a room in our house for a few years, we dreamed of having our own dedicated Airbnb space. We never imagined it would happen so soon! This dream was often a topic of discussion in our home and even a prayerful wish for God’s provision. We shared our vision with a realtor friend, but finding the perfect place felt like a daunting task. Then, in June, a listing appeared, and after a whirlwind visit, we knew it was meant to be!

Now, just a few months later, it’s hard to believe our dream has come true! We are incredibly grateful for the support of our family and friends—your encouragement, countless hours of painting and cleaning, generous donations, and heartfelt prayers have made this possible.

We have a long list of ideas for this charming cottage, and while it will take time to bring them all to life, we’re excited to gradually create a fun and relaxing space for our guests. We can’t wait to meet people from all walks of life and hope this cottage becomes a place of encouragement and upliftment for everyone who stays here!

Oh, and don’t forget to say hello to Hugo, our dapper dog! You’ll often see him and his chicken flock roaming around the property.
