Wonderful place to stay

What a great place! Clean, great location, beautiful home. We enjoyed a fun skiing vacation as a family. I have four older kids and the house fit us perfectly.

Everything was very clean except the couch in the room with the tv. Door key was hard to get in and out. We did not receive any codes that worked to get in and had to call. Loved the elk that hangout in the backyard. Always thanks for sharing.

Extremely spacious house with private yard. Loved the two separate sitting areas a family room & separate TV room. Plenty of space for a large family. Master bedroom with a large private bath a big plus. One level house convenient. This home would make a fabulous summer stay. Will book again!

Great house and location - but was confused by some charges

We liked the location and house quite a bit. Recommend this place to families looking to spend time in Ketchum/Sun Valley areas. We were not thrilled to see that the place was listed by Vacasa, however, not the "Owner" in the VRBO promise, and that we had an incremental charge from VRBO on top of the Vacasa standard listing charges of nightly rates, fees and tax. In short, it appeared that Vacasa offloaded their marketing fees from listing their rental on VRBO to the renter (us) and that if we'd simply gone to the Vacasa site to book, we'd have been able to avoid this extra charge.

Great rental except VR not VRBO

This is a great rental unit let down by the fact that it is rented by Vacasa and not the owner. Everything about this place was as expected. But it is not an owner maintained property. The location is great, easy in and out, quiet and nice back yard. So 5 stars overall, but expect typical issues from a rental company like Vacasa renting on VRBO. As a renter on VRBO we want to rent from owners because we know owners take care of the properties. Vacasa won't even let you *pay* through VRBO, which is pretty suspect if you ask me. Great place though.

Beautiful home

My family had a wonderful stay in this home. The photos do not do it justice, so when we walked through the door, we were all very pleasantly surprised. My kids and the "younger" adults played soccer in the backyard well into the evening while the grandparents sat around the fire pit. It's a beautiful setting. The house is well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, lots of games and books, two fireplaces, Wii system with games (this was a lifesaver as the adults were packing), and plenty of room to do different activities. Note that the bedroom with two beds doesn't seem to have a vent and got very cold at night. We luckily found a space heater in the laundry room for the second night which worked very well. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great Place for a Family

This was great first stay in Idaho. Well equipped and comfortable accommodations to rest up before and after an intense hike in the Sawtooths. Great for kids and adults. We would stay again.

Perfect Stay!

This was the perfect house for our stay! They thought of everything we could possibly need! The kitchen has everything for family meals, including cute dishes for kids! There are games and comfy furniture too! Super clean and well organized! Easy to find and easy entry made arrival stressless! We can’t wait to come back during warm weather. It would be a great place for any time of year!
