Une des plus place de l'Anse Mitan

L’emplacement est idéal, bel édifice d’une trentaine de logements. Récent et propre, important pour ce logement non-fumeur et pas d’animaux (même le proprio) . Nous avons déjà loué des logements (et il y a en dans cet édifice) qui demande non-fumeur et pas d’animaux, mais une fois sur place nos allergies se manifeste car le proprio a de animaux et fume. PAS DE PROBLÈME dans cette unité ! Merci M. Roland

Immeuble très récent, location propre bien équipée et joliment décorée, plage devant le portail de la résidence juste la rue a traverser, navette pour fort de France à 50m, des restos à proximité, et les magasins et resto de la pointe du bout à 1/4h de marche nous la recommandons
