THE TULIPIER APARTMENT (with elevator)<br><br>The Tulipier apartment is a superb recent three-room apartment of 85m2 located on the waterfront on the second floor in the residence "Les Terrasses de la Plage" in Trois Ilets.<br><br>Anse Mitan Beach is 20m away.<br><br>From the furnished terrace, you can enjoy an exceptional view of the sea and the bay of Fort-de-France at the table or from the bar chairs.<br>The very well equipped kitchen with its bar opens onto the large living room and the terrace while enjoying the view.<br>There is a large laundry room with a washing machine.<br><br>This apartment is naturally ventilated for the delight of travelers.<br><br>Guests can enjoy the indoor lounge + a TV area with cable channels + WIFI Internet.<br><br>You will find a complete bathroom with shower, sink + toilet.<br>A second separate toilet is present in the apartment.<br><br>After a day on the beach or exploring Martinique, take the time to relax on the terrace of the apartment while enjoying the sea view.<br><br>THE ROOMS<br>The Tulipier apartment has 2 beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms including in the first bedroom a 160cm double bed + a large wardrobe, then in the second bedroom a 140cm double bed + a large wardrobe.<br><br>This apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 people.<br><br>MADIKEYS BY YOUR SIDE<br>Madikeys accompanies you before and during your stay. A tree climbing course, a horse riding club and tennis courts are accessible a few km away, as well as the golf course of course. Access to the beautiful beaches of Le Diamant and Anses d'Arlet is quick and direct.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'appartement Tulipier. Il est très biens situé juste en face de la plage de l'anse mitan. Il est aussi à distance de marche d'un petit village créole avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques. L'épicerie est à quelques minutes en voiture et il y a une boulangerie à 3 minutes à pied. La vue de la terrasse est superbe !
