This is a luxurious, professionally-decorated condominium with 2 full bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, plus a bunk room for the kids. This unit accommodates up to 6 guests. Master bedroom has a king-size bed & private bath with a bathtub. Guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and a private bath with a shower cabin. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV and a DVD player. Twin-over-twin bunk-style bed is located in the bunk room, with its own bathroom with a shower. In the living room, there is a sleeper sofa . The large 6’x18’ balcony is facing south, looking over the Mexican Gulf of the Atlantic Ocean, and you will love the beautiful, unobstructed views of sunrises & sunsets. With a grocery store steps away & a fully-equipped kitchen, you can cook your own meals. There is enough dinnerware. A built-in dishwasher, plus a washer & dryer in a hallway closet, make it easy to take care of the dishes & the laundry.

Nearby Shopping: The PIER PARK the upscale shopping, dining and entertainment mega complex is just walking distance away. The Pier Park has been partially completed in 2007 and will be fully ready this summer. There is nothing like this on the panhandle anywhere with a lot retail stores and fine restaurants.

Fantastic beach trip

We had a great time. The condo was beautiful with a great view of the gulf. The resort has snowballs and ice cream for sale which is great for the kiddos and even a Starbucks! They also have a tiki bar for all of your fun adult beverages. The owner was very communicative about all details of the stay and quickly responds to any questions you may have. This was an awesome trip and we definitely will be returning!

Great Getaway!!!

This condo was exactly as advertised!! Beautifully decorated, lots of little extras! (bottled water beside the bed, coffee condiments provided, plenty of towels, huges dvd collection) The owners, Oxana & Pavel, were very accessible & easy to work with! We were able to see dolphins & even small stingrays & schools of fish in the Gulf from our balcony, the water was clear & gorgous! We thoroughly enjoyed our little getaway, hopefully next time we can stay longer!!

There was a total of six in our party and we had room for three more!!This is a great unit with a better view than we have ever had. I was impressed with all the dvd's that was there to watch and the theater one the first floor which played Wednesday,Friday,and Saturday while we were there. If you get up early enough you can see all kinds of wildlife swimming almost right up to the beach. Hope to stay here again next time. Thanks The Halls

Spring Break 2024

This was an absolutely amazing property. Highly recommend 10 out of 10. We had 3 adults & 3 young teens in our group. We all had plenty of space and were very comfortable. The pictures don’t do justice. The balcony view looking over the Gulf is spectacular. Having a full kitchen was a great plus. The washer & dryer came in hand as well. So much to do in the area. Beautiful weather. We will be visiting again. Thank you to our amazing host Oxana for being so communicative for anything we needed. Don’t hesitate! Book this property :)

Oxana and Pavel's condo w...

Oxana and Pavel's condo was a delightful place to spend our Christmas holiday break. It was clean, well-decorated, and well-stocked in terms of kitchen and bath. Although we had cloudy, cool weather, the view from the balcony was still spectacular. Additionally, Oxana and Pavel were beyond helpful in terms of providing info on nearby activities and restaurants. Their response to any request was prompt and pleasant (even our Comcast difficulties on Christmas Eve!), and our deposit was immediately mailed back. Overall, the communications we had were not only effective but also friendly and accomodating. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting PCB and will certainly plan to stay there again whenever we return.

It’s sad that a property this nice is so poorly managed. The condo itself was nice. Housekeeping could do a better job on the little things like sweeping the balcony. Making sure all the pillows have pillowcases. The check in process is crazy. No order and all made worse by not having anyone helping expedite the process. 2 elevator in the parking garage only one worked our entire 7 day stay. 7 elevators in the condo building one never worked and the wait for one could be up to 45 minutes. My whole family hated it. We will never be back.

The room was not clean. Bed sheets and towels were dirty and furnitures are too old. Lots of dust on the ceiling fans and shelves. But the owner was very nice and they responded us very quick even it was very late night.

We just returned from a relaxing trip to Panama City Beach. Oxana and Pavel were wonderful to work with. The condo is beautiful and has all of the amenities of home. Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, the condo itself was very spacious and wonderfully decorated. The unit has wonderful views of the gulf, and is very welcoming. This is the first time we rented direct from an owner, and Oxana was able to provide us great service as well as suggestions for activities in the area. I would highly recommend getting a car when visiting Panama City Beach, we ventured out to Rosemary beach (per Oxana's recommendation) which has a nice beach area and little shops along the way and also the Destin area for shopping. Thank you Oxana and Pavel, for making this trip so easy and worry free. We would definitely rent again from this owner

First off, this was my first time renting a condo directly from an owner. Oxana and Pavel were perfect hosts. Information given about the condo was totally accurate. No surprises when we arrived. Everything that you would need during your stay was there. On top of that, there were added extras, such as plenty of dvd's to watch,cable tv with hundreds of channels, and high speed wifi in house. Also, whenever we had any questions, Oxana was always quick to get back to us with the answers. Also, location is great. Short walk to Pier Park and good food and drink. Grocery store is even closer. You can feel secure booking with Oxana. She will treat you right.

Great communication and wonderful vacation

We had some minor issues upon arrival, but Oxana was very prompt in her responses to us and handled everything quickly and appropriately. The view from the balcony is AMAZING. We were able to see the marine life underneath the beautiful, clear water from where we were. I know others have complained about the elevators, but that’s to be expected at a condo as big as this one. We did have to wait some, but overall there were higher traffic times we just tried to avoid. It definitely didn’t ruin our trip waiting a few minutes at the elevators. There were plenty of carts to bring luggage back and forth, and always an employee around if we had questions. My only complaint really is with the indoor pool and hot tub that almost had an unbearable chlorine smell, no ventilation in there whatsoever. The outside pool was ice cold, and was told the heaters don’t come on until November. Outdoor hot tubs were amazing. View from the outdoor pool areas is also amazing. The condo itself was great and I would definitely return here.

The only issues are the elevators. They are slow and when you are staying in the tallest condo in PCB you need an efficient elevator system! I am saying it’s a MAJOR flaw, not just a little inconvenience! Oh and Also, staff was rude at the restaurant

Pcb family vacation

Overall our stay was okay. We had 2 adults, 2 teens and 2 younger kids(10&8) the rooms were spacious enough for everyone. The bunk room gave enough space for everyone to have private chill time when a a break was needed. Oxana was easily reached whenever we needed. The worst part were the elevators and wait time. The restaurant in the building was not my cup of tea. It was a loud setting and a little darker.

Wonderful family reunion

I would absolutely recommend this condo. It has everything you need: comfy beds, fully stacked kitchen, TV in each bedroom and big screen TV in the living room, laundry machine, beach gear in the outside closet. It was nice to have 3 showers (we had 4 adults and 3 kids on this trip). The view from the large balcony is amazing. We even saw dolphins one morning while eating breakfast. The sunsets are just spectacular. The Tidewater Beach Resort location was perfect! We loved being right on the beach and close enough to walk to the Pier Park with lots of restaurants and shops. The owner Oxana was very helpful, and nice to work with. We will be booking this rental again.

Well Appointed with a Stunning View

This property was well appointed with all the luxuries of home - leather furniture, a well-stocked kitchen, and large bedrooms (each with its own bath) and comfy mattresses - but the real stunner is the view! The large windows open onto a nice balcony with spectacular views of the beach below and the Gulf beyond. We had 2 adults, 2 teens, and 2 kids with us and everyone felt like they had their own space due to the condo having a great floor plan. The resort’s amenities were well kept with plenty of friendly staff on hand to assist. We enjoyed both outdoor pools and the game room during our stay. Even though there were a lot of people there during our week, it didn’t feel crowded at all. Because of its central location, getting around to places like Pier Park, Target, and Walmart was a breeze. Parking was easy and transporting our belongings via the fully covered - and air conditioned - walkway was an extra nice-to-have. The owners were very responsive to my questions both before and during our stay and I genuinely felt like they were sharing their home with us.

A wonderful condo to enjoy the Panama City Beach!

My wife and two young children (2 and 1) stayed at Oxana's condo for 11 nights at the start of May and we were thoroughly happy with our stay. The condo has an amazing completely private / safe (for our kids) balcony with a beautiful view of the teal waters and white sands of PCB. All you will see are these green waters when looking out the windows / doors as you are in the main room / kitchen / dining area of the unit. The kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and we prepared many meals there; beds were comfy and two rooms have ensuites, and the storage closet had an ample selection of beach gear for use. The unit itself is very large and also really convenient to have a washer / dryer for our use within. It was wonderful to deal with Oxana who was always prompt and helpful with any questions. We really enjoyed our stay here and hopefully will be back for another visit in the future. Thanks! Derek and family

Unforgettable Vacation

Oxana (owner) was great to work with, the communication was easy and fast. We were looking forward to spend some time with family and friends in Florida. Her apartment is clean and has all the comforts of a home. We were 4 adults and 4 children (12-14 Years). I was born in St.Petersburg, Russia and moved to the United States in 2004 to marry my wonderful husband (who is originally from the same city). I hold PhD degree in economics and my husband is a software engineer. We both work, however in our free time we enjoy traveling, sailing, and company of our friends. We have relatives living in USA, Russia, Germany, Belarus, Ukraine, and Israel.

Why they chose this property

I have seen many beaches in Europe and America and I can tell you that nothing compares to white sugar sand dunes of Florida's Emerald Coast that stretch for miles. I fell in love with this area the first time we traveled to Panama City Beach. Now it is our vacation home and we enjoy staying here as often as we can. Even if it just for a weekend - we really enjoy our time here. It's fun during the summer time, but I like it even more in the fall, winter, and early spring, when it's not that crowded and you can just relax physically and mentally. I am happy to share this wonderful experience with you. Among all other resorts, we decided to buy our condo here in “Tidewater Beach” because of its unique location and absolutely the best price-to-value ratio.

What makes this property unique

Tidewater Beach is a recently built resort and we are the first original owners. There are no outdated decors or old “boxy” TVs in our condo. Everything is new, fresh, and up to date – from dinnerware to high-speed internet access. We didn’t decorate it as a “second” home or faceless rental property – it is our vacation house and I made everything to make it feel inviting, comfortable, and relaxing. With 2 bedrooms, bunk room, and 3 bathrooms you can enjoy your vacation with extended family or friends and still have enough privacy when you feel like it. After spending a day at the beach there are plenty of things to do in the Pier Park in the evening, which is in a walking distance from the resort – restaurants, shopping mall, state of the art movie theater and much more. I am sure you would enjoy your vacation here.
