Boutique luxury on Panama City Beach! Sterling Breeze Condominium is the first condo West of the newly developed Pier Park entertainment mall - in walking distance, just a block away! Pier Park features over a million square feet of shopping, dining, entertainment, live events, activities for children, and no shortage of entertainment for adults!

Sterling Breeze Condominium offers a 2,000 square foot beach-side pool (heated in winter), beach-side bar and grill, fire pit, beach chair and umbrella service, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a convenient sky bridge to the private, covered parking garage. We even reserved two padded beach chairs and a large beach umbrella for your beach enjoyment while staying in our condo (available March thru October - a $40 a day value). And due to the size of our complex (146 units), the beach won’t be as crowded as at larger condos nearby who have 500+ units.

Being on the 17th floor, the balcony affords breathtaking views of the white sand beach, the City Pier (longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico), and sunsets on the Gulf. It is also common to see schools of dauphin, stingrays, or other sea life from the balcony. Both the Living Room and ocean-front Master Bedroom open to the Gulf and the private balcony with electric grill.

This special floor plan has two master bedrooms, each with private on-suite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers. The ocean-front master has a king-sized bed, while the second master has a queen-sized bed. Both include dressers, closets, flat screen TVs and DVD players.

The private bunk room (with a door) has a dresser, flat screen TV, DVD player, and hallway access to the 3rd full bathroom.

The living room features a sleeper sofa and comfortable seating. The entertainment console contains a flat screen TV with local cable service, Blu-ray player, and stereo system.

The open kitchen, with its Gulf view, has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to whip up a full meal or a batch of frozen drinks. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table and four on barstools at the breakfast bar.

The unit includes a washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience, but who irons clothes at the beach!

This privately owned, newly remodeled condominium is unit 1704.

Age Requirement: Tenant must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire period of the rental. Valid IDs are required as proof of age at time of booking and upon check-in.

Absolutely No smoking, no pets are allowed!

Rates do not include combined taxes of 13% (Florida, Bay County, and Panama City Beach).

* Between March 1 and Labor Day Only: Sterling Breeze requires payment of a $20 non-refundable parking and facility fee.

Excellent Rental

Upon arriving the condo was nice. The view to ocean from balcony was beautiful. The condo had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Love the grill, we have stayed in other condos in PCB and always had to go to pool area to grill so to grill out on the balcony was a huge plus for my family. Will return to this condo again when we return PCB.

Beautiful condo

Our group of 7 was really impressed with this condo. Plenty of room. View from the balcony was breathtaking. Condo was super clean and well equipped and decorated beautifully! The beach chairs were great and the beach was not crowed at all. Owner was great to work with. Looking forward to our next trip to Panama City Beach

Fantastic Vacation

The condo was perfect! My family had everything we needed. The condo was clean and super convenient to Pier Park. Jennifer even checked in our 1st day to make sure we had everything we needed and our trip was going well. We will most certainly request again next summer!

Relaxing, Friendly Environment!

First, I want to comment on the owners of the property. Jennifer was great to work with. She communicated with me directly and was very prompt on her responses. We arrived in PCB at 10am and I texted her to let me know if the room would be ready for us sooner than 4pm and it was!!! That, for me, was very impressive. I feel like I was able to utilize the condo and get a full day at the beach, get groceries in and unpack.

Secondly, the condo itself is beautiful, well decorated and very clean. I felt at home and comfortable staying here. I like that Sterling Breeze is a smaller condo than most on the PCB strip as it was easier to get up and down the elevators without waiting forever.

In closing, we come to Panama City every summer, it is our hone away from home for the past 12 years. This condo exceeded our expectations and was enough space for four adults and two 13 year old boys to live here for the week without feeling like we were living on top of one another. This is walking distance to Pier Park, a minute away from the grocery store and if you like to fish, walking distance to the fishing pier.

Our PCB 2018 Vacation was amazing. The stay at Sterling Breeze 1704 was one of our best. Loved the Balcony with the grill. This made our 4th of July...AMAZING. The view from the Balcony of the fireworks at Pier Park was UNBELIEVABLE. Had a Thunder and Lightening show as well that evening. The Condo was clean and had everything needed for our week stay. Thanks to Jennifer for sharing her beautiful home with us. Hope to be back in the future ; ).

Nicely decorated, beautiful view but disappointing

Expected 5 star place because of previous reviews but several areas lacking. For staters, the sleeper sofa was horrendous! The fact that this is considered something you could sleep on was rediculous as my 12 yr old was better off sleeping on the floor as it was slanted and sagged terribly. The condo has no sheets for this bed so he had to sleep on a blanket over the bare mattress. There were at least 8 extra pillows in the condo but no pillowcases so we resorted to a towel over a bare pillow. Two of the beds had sand in them when we checked in, likely from the bedspreads. All of the "white" sheets were very dingy. For the most part the towels were awful and most of them had stains and grime on them before we even used them. The bunk room was very stuffy and really needed a ceiling fan. All the glasses and dishes were pretty but very breakable, for a family it would be nice to have some plastic ware. I enjoyed sitting on the balcony although on multiple occasions there was 2 different units that had people smoking marijuana on their balconies as well as cigarettes which then forced me back inside.

Owner's Response: Hi Lynn, Thank you for the candid feedback.  We’ve been using the same cleaning person for 3 years and as noted by previous reviews, cleanliness has never been a problem. We’re proud of that record. Unfortunately, sand does have a way of evading the vacuum and hiding in various places.  The linens for the sleeper sofa are kept in the front bedroom closet. If they were missing or there was a shortage of towels, we wish you would have called us to report the problem, so we could have resolved it. Our sheets and towels are replaced annually, and some get replaced during the season as they start looking worn.  We will examine the sleeper sofa and replace it as needed, and thanks for the recommendation about adding a ceiling fan in the bunk room.  Smoking of any kind is prohibited throughout the property and if other condo guests are violating that policy, the on-site security guard should be notified. Guests or the on-site security guard should report crimes to Police. We are sorry that your expectations were not met.
