Boutique luxury on Panama City Beach! Sterling Breeze Condominium is the first condo West of the newly developed Pier Park entertainment mall - in walking distance, just a block away! Pier Park features over a million square feet of shopping, dining, entertainment, live events, activities for children, and no shortage of entertainment for adults!

Sterling Breeze Condominium offers a 2,000 square foot beachside pool (heated in winter), beachside bar and grill, fire pit, beach chair and umbrella service, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a convenient skybridge to the private, covered parking garage. We even reserved two padded beach chairs and a large beach umbrella for your beach enjoyment while staying in our condo (available March thru October). (A $40 a day value). And due to the size of our complex, the beach won’t be as crowded as at larger condos nearby.

Being on the 17th floor, the balcony affords breathtaking views of the white sand beach, the City Pier (longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico), and sunsets on the Gulf. It is also common to see schools of dauphin, stingrays, or other sea life from the balcony. Both the Living Room and ocean-front Master Bedroom open to the Gulf and the private balcony with electric grill.

This special floor plan has two master bedrooms, each with private on-suite bathrooms with double vanities and walk-in showers. The ocean-front master has a king-sized bed, while the second master has a queen-sized bed. Both include dressers, closets, flat screen TVs and DVD players.

The private bunk room (with a door) has a dresser, flat screen TV, DVD player, and hallway access to the 3rd full bathroom.

The living room features a sleeper sofa and comfortable seating. The entertainment console contains a flat screen TV with local cable service, Blu-ray player, and stereo system.

The open kitchen, with its Gulf view, has granite countertops, new stainless steel appliances, and everything needed to whip up a full meal or a batch of frozen drinks. The dining area comfortably seats six at the table and four on barstools at the breakfast bar.

The unit includes a washer and dryer conveniently located off the kitchen. There is also an iron and ironing board for your convenience, but who irons clothes at the beach!

This privately owned, newly remodeled condominium is unit 1704.

Age Requirement: Tenant must be 25 years of age or older, and must occupy the rental property the entire period of the rental. Valid IDs are required as proof of age at time of booking and upon check-in.

Absolutely No smoking, no pets are allowed!

Rates do not include combined taxes of 13% (Florida, Bay County, and Panama City Beach).

* Between March 1 and Labor Day Only: Sterling Breeze requires payment of a $20 non-refundable parking and facility fee.

Perfect condo for Spring Break

This is my 7th year to come to PCB on Spring Break. This condo at Sterling Breeze was the best one yet. It met all our needs and then some. The master bed was soooo comfy. I loved the decor. Somehow they found nautical that's not cheesy. I loved the navy and khaki color theme too. The balcony was big and the patio chairs comfy. The elevators worked and we never had to wait. Best part: tiki bar, pool, hot tub, beach access and proximity to Pier Park! We LOVED it. Can't wait to rent it again!

We bought this unit because of the wonderful view from our floor and the botique feel at Sterling Breeze. "Botique" to us means fewer condo units, typically efficient elevators, and wonderful pool-side food/bar service. It sounds like you experienced Sterling Breeze the way we intended!! Great condo!

My family and I loved condo #1704. It was a perfect size for our family of 8.

The condominium itself could use an extra elevator where at times the waits were very long. An indoor pool would be nice for the rainy days we had but overall a great place to stay! So close to the beach and we were accommodated with two free beach chairs with an umbrella for the week! Kept clean especially the outdoor bathrooms by the pool area! I would recommend for those looking for a nice place to stay.

The beach was not overcrowded at all! Pretty private for our condominium.

The condo is beautifully decorated and has all you need for a wonderful vacation. There are some items needed in the kitchen, like a can opener. Also, the third bedroom has twin bunk beds and no closet space. It was fine for our family but others may need to know this. We would definitely return to this condo

Apparently, the can opener has gone missing, so we'll take care of that. Most bunk rooms in our building don't have closets, dressers, or actual doors. Our layout doesn't have a closet, but there is a dresser for storage, floor space for a suitcase, and and an actual door for privacy. Thanks again for staying with us and we hope you'll stay with us again!

Great accommodations on the beach!

Although we had some curve balls with our visit because of tropical storm Alberto - the accommodations were great. The pictures accurately represent the furnishings and condition of the unit. It is up to date, clean, and very well taken care of - we had no issues what so ever. Beds were comfortable, basic kitchen/cooking items were available, washer/dryer, ample parking, close to the pier. You will really appreciate the balcony - they provide ample furniture that is comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed the unit - we were comfortable and had a great family vacation.
