Home from Home

This house was just exactly what we needed after 9 days at Disney/Universal. That being said the house is perfectly located for Disney for those prefer the freedom of staying in a villa. There was 8 of us (4a and 4c) for 7 days and this was truly a home from home. It had everything that we needed there to use including a BBQ. The pool was heated so you could go in first thing till last thing at night. Kids were never out of it and a great patio area to sit and watch them and the wildlife. We also had use of the clubhouse which you can see from the property. Kids loved going round to the pool and the water park onsite. Only a 10 minute walk from the house.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Ohana House!

The game room was a hit with our 5 year old grandson. We had so much fun playing air hockey and foosball every day, then cooling off in the back yard pool. The safety features for the pool and spa tub were reassuring since we also had a toddler with us. The gated community is conveniently located and wonderful to come back to after a long day at the amusement parks. We will stay here again if the opportunity arises!

Wonderful and convenient

We stayed at Andrew and Kristen's house for a week primarily to take our Grandchildren to Disney World, although the location is ideal to take in any of what the Orlando area has on offer. We had travelled direct from Sydney AU, via DFW (a 30-hour journey) and on arrival very late at night, the process to access the house was quick and simple. We were able to climb straight into the comfortable beds and get a wonderful night's sleep. The house and the gated estate are beautiful and perfectly located for access to Disney World. It was truly a home away from home with every possible amenity one would hope for. Our grandchildren made great use of both the house pool, as well as the resort pool 5 minutes' walk from the house. Should I ever return, I will most certainly stay there again.

Amazing Disney family home

The Ohana house exceeded our expectations! It was renovated, fully stocked with everything we needed! Andrew was amazing answering questions or anything we needed! The house decor was beautiful! Great stay at Ohana House

Ohana House was a great base for our 2 families to spend time together in Florida. The villa was beautifully clean, extremely roomy giving us lots of space, very well equipped and in a great spot. One of the families got a car, the other used taxis and both worked well due to the close proximity to WDW, Universal and amenities. We would highly recommend and would definately use again ourselves. Communications with the owners were helpful and friendly. The villa felt great value for money in comparison to other options. Family Favorite

Obama House was the PERFECT oasis for our family trip to Disney! So convenient to the parks, and the pool was a favorite for the kids and parents. The community pool was fun, too! We all enjoyed the treats in the clubhouse cafe. Beds were comfortable, and the open concept of the kitchen, living & dining room creates a large gathering area for family to chill and spend time together after busy days. Appreciated the ample supply of towels for the pools and showers. Double washer and dryers made the “I need this in my life” list and allowed multiple loads of laundry to get done quickly! I spent DAYS looking online for a rental that would appeal to three families with teenagers, and younger kids. Ohana House was a hit with everyone! We’ll be back!

Superb 6 bedroom villa with a wonderful pool and many other extra facilities close to DisneyWorld.

Spacious 6 bedroom villa over 2 floors. 2 en-suite bathrooms and a further 2 family bathrooms. Large living area encompassing kitchen and dining area. 2 washing machines and tumble dryers in a separate room. Kitchen included a dishwasher. A large games room featuring air hockey and other games. We were 9 people including 3 young children and the villa/pool was very suitable for all ages. 2 of our youngsters learnt to swim during our holiday. Several strollers were also provided which were very welcoming on days in Disney. A coolbag and ice block helped in the hot weather. Booking and communication with the owner was easy and any queries were answered promptly. All the family had a great time.

Great Stay, Great Neighborhood

Our family of 13 had an amazing time staying at Ohana House! The house was perfect for our large group, and we especially loved having our own private pool. The television on the back patio was a nice touch. The kids enjoyed using the game room during their down time. Ohana House was only a 5-minute walk to the clubhouse, where we enjoyed the main pool and splashpad. Everything was convenient and easy to access. The owners were fantastic, always responsive and prompt in answering any questions we had. Their excellent communication made the experience stress-free. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Clean, spacious and attractive property. We had six adults and four kids, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out. The Windsor Hills pool area is very nice for rest days, with some water slides that keep the kids happy and entertained - and hopefully tired by bedtime. Although Ohana is one house among many in a resort community, it stands out as unique and comfortable. We felt like we had a private oasis to return to after attending the parks. Windsor Hills is also about as close as you can get to Disney without staying on site, and driving to the parks in the morning was a breeze. As a seasoned Disney visitor who has stayed both on site and off, this is the very best and most convenient of all the off site options. Special thanks to our host Andrew who was remarkably helpful and accommodating. I would (and probably will) rent again!

Ohana house great choice for Disney

We found Ohana house to be spacious, clean and filled with everything you need to enjoy a family vacation. The pool and game room were a hit with our kids. Awesome house, great location, wonderful hosts

We just had a fabulous week at Ohana house. The house location within Windsor Hills is super convenient. The house is well situated close to the main gate as well as the main pool house. The Windsor Hills neighborhood is by far the closest development to visit Disney Parks. We’ve stayed at several different homes within the Disney area and Windsor Hills stands out as being the easiest. The house has two sets of front load washer and driers. This was a life saver after rainy days in the parks where I had to get all of our gear clean and dry again. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the essentials. The theming in the house is super cute, it’s really well done. My kids loved picking out their own themed rooms. The game room was super fun after long park days. Even my two year old got into playing air hockey. My girls loved having access to the playstation4 in the game room to play Fortnite. The pool was so much fun for my kids. We appreciated having the pool heat built into the overall price. Heating the pool in the winter is essential and a lot of other properties make it an expensive add on. The pool heat worked well, my girls comfortably swam every night and it was cold outside during our stay! The owners and property managers were very responsive leading up to our stay, during and after. We hope to return again to Ohana house to make more memories! Perfect for a family getaway to Walt Disney World

Ohana House is amazing! I have stayed here multiple times and always look forward to visiting. I enjoy the character themed rooms, private large pool and spa, and that the location is so close to Walt Disney World. It is perfect for multiple families with kids to come together. Family Reunion

The check-in and communication regarding check-in was easy. The house is as described but not as large and open as the pictures appear. They are all very nice just smaller than they look online. I believe the listing said it comes with games and children’s toys which we found two decks of cards and that was it. I ordered toys for my two year old grandchild from Amazon while we were there. They did have plenty of strollers and a pack and play and a highchair. However, the game room was terrific. We liked it a lot. Also, once we figured out how to get the hot tub warmed up, we enjoyed that as well since we were there in January. it took about four cycles of holding the button in for 60 seconds to get the hot tub warm , once it shut off the cold water starts coming in you have to get out and press the button again for another 60 seconds. Like I said, once we got the hang of it, it wasn’t too bad, but the first night after traveling, we were looking forward to it and it was very cold. The Grill could use an update even turned on low the flames were coming up very high. These are really minor things that once we figured out were fine. The communication was great. The house is great tons of towels and linens enough cookware, great laundry room for a big group. Windsor hills is a great place to stay. I have stayed there before about 10 years ago and it’s nice to see that they kept it up so well you see people working constantly power washing ect

Great place to come back to and relax after a busy day

The house was very clean and funcitioned well for our large family. It was a great place to come back to & relax after a busy day at the parks.

Good stay

Have stayed in Windsor Hills before and plan to stay next year. Great location. Stayed 13 days. Great access to Disney but a bit further to Universal. While we stayed in a 6 bedroom villa which we needed with 13 in our party. My brother and his wife stayed in a 2 bedroom condo. I saw it and it was perfect. A good alternative to the larger home if you have less people. We like the security of the check in and checking the cars as they come in. Altogether a great place to stay for a great alternative to a hotel.

Family Fun Time for All

Great property, location and tons of fun for all ages! Glad they had multiple strollers, a highchair, super pool with baby fence/pool alarm, extra linens and attentive property management. Hope we are able to return for a future Disney trip!!!

Loved our stay at the Ohana house. Close Uber ride to Disney parks. Andrew was very help and quick to respond to any questions! We’d definitely stay here again!

Would Stay Here Again

This place was perfect for our first-time Disney adventure with adult kids, grandkids, and grandparents. Our eight and 11-year-old kids loved the pool (which was an excellent warm temp) and the game room. The house itself has a wide open center featuring the kitchen, dining, and TV-watching area. It was perfect for our needs. We checked out the resort pool and water slides area one day. The pool was like a giant hot tub - so warm and lovely. We were at each of the Disney parks in under 15 minutes and Walmart is 2 minutes away. We had our groceries delivered from Walmart (2855 N Old Lake Wilson Rd) which is 100% worth it. If you want to not eat at Disney for a day, we strongly recommend the Cracker Barrel that is close to this property. We don't recommend Black Angus which is also close to the property. It was dingy and dated. If we return to Disney, we will 100% book here again. It was perfect for a family of 8! THANK YOU!
