It is the calm and charm of the countryside 5 minutes from AIX in Provence!

In a private residence and on a property of 1500 m2, we rent a new and completely independent STUDIO of 25 m2, for 2 people.
It is fully furnished and equipped, with a kitchenette and a bathroom.
It has a good bed of 140 cm, 2 wardrobes, a coffee maker, crockery and necessary kitchen utensils ...

The accommodation also has:
- an outdoor area of approximately 20 m2 equipped with a parasol and 2 lounge chairs,
- a secured parking space by automatic gate.

Access to the outdoor pool of the house is free and free.

A city bus stop is 350 m from the accommodation, with shuttles to the center every 30 minutes. The city center of Aix is 6 km.

Bed made on arrival and towels provided.

Our pets are not allowed because 3 cats already have home.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
