The space

This unique 2 Bedroom Residence in the Constellation Residences at Northstar is connected directly to the Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe resort via the hotel catwalk. The one-of-a-kind residence is located on the ground floor, and your living room door literally opens directly onto the ski slopes (or hiking trails in the summer!). The Constellation Residences at Northstar are situated Mid-Mountain, the highest elevation that real estate is allowed on Northstar.

This luxurious 2 Bedroom condominium is impeccably appointed with top-of-the-line brands including the full complement of Viking appliances in the kitchen and Bose acoustics throughout, setting a lofty standard of quality reflected in contemporary high-end finishes and technologies.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, plus a spacious work area for remote working.

As our guest you will have your own ski valet and in-house fitness center, and access to the AAA Five-Diamond Ritz-Carlton Lake Tahoe restaurants and ability to book services at the 17,000 square foot Ritz-Carlton Highlands Spa. Also, just steps away and the Highlands Gondola that you can enjoy for free, which takes you from Constellation down to the broad array of shops and restaurants in the Village at Northstar. You will also have access to a 25-yard Olympic-sized heated pool plus hot tubs at the Hyatt Vacation Club At Northstar Lodge with stunning mountain views. Parking is $45 a night which is included in your reservation and is provided from 7AM to 10PM. For any additional vehicles it is up to the discretion of the valet and costs an additional $45 per night.

Other things to note
There will be an additional $150 charge for pets. The unit is a private residence in Constellation Residences, but daily housekeeping services can be coordinated for an additional charge.

POLICIES & ADDITIONAL FEES: In the case of excessive cleaning required, moved and unreplaced furniture, or partying at the property, this will result in you being assessed a minimum of $250 fee. In addition, we live in a very high-risk fire area and NO SMOKING is allowed anywhere on the property and is strictly prohibited. If there is smoking on the property you will be assessed a minimum of $250 fee.
