It's still in the 90's in the desert entering November. It's the perfect place to thaw and work on your tan. Enjoy the holidays in sunny Palm Desert. Walk to El Paseo, the heart of the city. Step into the timeless elegance of our Art Deco Studio in Palm Desert, where vintage charm meets modern luxury. Perfect for romantic getaways or solo travels, this quaint studio offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a luxurious queen bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette. Unwind by the saltwater pool, enjoy a BBQ under the stars, or explore upscale local shopping just a walk away. Experience the perfect blend of comfort and style in our cherished retreat, where every detail is crafted for your enjoyment

Welcome to The Margarette. Built in 1948 with all it’s charm intact Pass through the iron gate and into the lush gardens and you will find your private entrance to your Art Deco Bungalow. Spacious, comfortable and everything you need to make your stay unique. Everything Palm Desert has to offer at your fingertips. It’s quiet, tranquil. Centrally located, walking distance to El Paseo and Indian Wells. Coachella, Indio and Palm Springs is a short Uber ride away.
Room is approximately 300 sq ft with queen size bed, original built in vanity, shower, dining area and fully equipped kitchenette. Mini fridge, induction plate, microwave, toaster oven, stocked Keurig, Entrance and window overlooking the pool.
Pool was added last year she's 10 x 30 salt water pool with lounge chairs right outside your door. Extra charge to heat pool and or jacuzzi. Please inquire in advance regarding costs. Lots of covered patio space and places to sit and read. The backyard is SHARED with another unit on the property. Other unit holds 2 and I live in the main house. Never crowded and perfect setting. The days are beautiful but the one word that best describes the evenings here is magical.
Brand new BBQ installed with natural gas. Here it’s BBQ season all year round. Throw on some steaks and have poolside dinner. Nothing like Al Fresco dinning and no dinner reservations required.

I fell in love with traveling many years ago. Traveling awakens my soul and the experiences along the way are priceless. If you are traveling from 100 miles or from across the pond it's nice to find a place that makes you feel like you can relax after a full day of exploring. It's the attention to little details that make the difference. Best part of hosting is sharing a glass of wine with my guests exchanging and travel stories.
Backyard design has always been another passion of mine and you'll see once you step inside my private oasis. I never knew how much color you can see in the desert. Bougainville thrives here and the colors are so bold and expressive.

Built in 1948 with old world charm intact. Electric charm is what most guests tell me. Location is top notch but your surroundings epic. Depending on what you plan on doing during your stay a lot of guests don't rent cars. They UBER from the airport, just walk to great restaurants or use Door Dash. BBQ, fire pit, kitchenette means you never have to leave. I've had over 300 (5) star reviews all have one thing in common and the best compliment I can get, "We're definitely coming back". The days here are beautiful but the nights with the lighting around the pool is truly magical. Had our first wedding proposal, it's just that perfect.
