Incline Village 4 bd Modern Chalet next to Diamond Peak ski resort

Tyrolia is a community of European-like homes nestled just above Tahoe Blvd/Hwy 28 in Incline Village. Newly remodeled, 3 story, 4 bed, 3 bath 2400 sq ft home with views of the lake. Close to beach, skiing, the Hyatt and access to IV private beaches. HOA pool/hot tub/tennis open on site May-Oct. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is less than a mile away. Everything is brand new in our home and the house is fully equipped with everything you need, including an outdoor propane grill and kitchen supplies. Note our community pool, hot tub, tennis/pickleball courts are typically available late May to mid Sept.

As an alternative, Sand Harbor is a large Nevada State Beach about a 10 minute drive from our house. It is one of the best beaches in all of Lake Tahoe with 3 separate large beach areas, a boat launch, dock, restaurant bar & grill, paddle board/kayak rentals, and an educational visitors center. It is a great alternative to the expensive and limited access private beaches in Incline Village but you must plan ahead! Parking is extremely limited during the summer and the State of NV now has an online reservation system in place only allowing 200 vehicles per day. To check for reservations visit the ReserveNevada website https://reservenevada.com/nevadaweb/. Entrance fee is $10 per vehicle with NV license plate and $15 for out of state vehicles. Drop-offs are not allowed. Bicyclists and pedestrians can enter from the East Shore Trail for $2 per person. Each year there is typically a free shuttle service offered mid June through early Sept by the Tahoe Transportation District that connects several stops in Incline Village to Sand Harbor from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Kings Beach, also 10 minutes away is a large CA state beach with similar amenities and access is free, except for $10 parking fee at the state beach and other lots or you may find street parking in the residential areas.

This home was beautiful. Love that there was a pool for the kids and hot tub for the adults. This home had everything you would need to stay for an extended period of time. The kitchen was stocked with amazingly. The neighborhood is very quiet, which is very nice. Communication with host was very easy and they provided all information you need to stay. I highly recommend stay here.

Wonderful

The house and location were great, very well situated and close (but not TOO close) to a lot of local activities like shopping and dining. Only downside (potentially) is that it’s a 3-story home, which can be difficult for older and/or physically challenged people. Still, I’d say it’s a great home, with wonderful amenities and ambience!!

Great incline cabin

We had a wonderful stay in Incline Village! The property is remodeled very nicely….very cute and simple decor! It was very clean and accurately described in the listing. The downstairs game room was so much fun for our kids and kept them busy for hours. We enjoyed using the BBQ and sitting on the deck. The owners were very responsive to the few minor questions we had during our stay.

Fabulous house!

This property is perfect. It is super clean and newly renovated. Everything in the house felt brand new. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. It is located about a half a mile to Diamond Peak ski resort which made skiing with 14 people stress free. The owner was great to work with and very responsive. The house is well equipped for kids with lots of games and toys. We had a great time and plan on returning!

A perfect stay!

The house was perfect for our family weekend in Tahoe! The three bedrooms on three different levels was ideal for different families. The beds were so comfy, I slept even better than at home! The kitchen was well equipped with everything you’d need, the furnishings comfortable for relaxing and the community nice and quiet to enjoy the deck. After attempting to do a beach day at Kings Beach (avoid that place!), we came back and did an afternoon at the community pool which was so fun! There were just a couple other families who were great to hang with and the kids had a blast! I literally have nothing bad to say about this place, our stay was perfect and our host wonderful at making sure we had everything we need!

My husband Will and I are from Folsom and have two boys. We love outdoor activities! We are sharing our home with you on VRBO to enjoy when we are not using it.

Why they chose this property

This property is great for groups or two families. There are three floors each with bedrooms, so everyone can have their own space. There are living areas on two floors so adults/children can watch TV separately or groups can have their own space and downtime. The house is very close to Diamond Peak for skiing in the winter and also very close to the beaches for water access in the summer. We can provided limited beach pass access to the IV beaches through preloaded cards to pay for beach access.
