Great House in a beautiful location

We had a great experience during our week here:

- Amazing Kitchen with tons of storage and a giant refrigerator

- Loved the hot tub on the deck

- Enjoyed the pellet stoves and the easy to follow directions that accompanied them

- Plenty of room

- Lots of nice renter touches like labeling all of the switches so we could easily tell what they controlled

The home is absolutely beatiful. We stayed for a long weekend and had a blast. We were so close to Diamond Peak and Mt. Rose. The appliances are beautiful as well! We highly recommend this home!

Well appointed, clean, spacious, and convenient for anything North Tahoe

The house was large with a lot of separate space for families with children. The kitchen is great with everything you need, and listening to the creek down the hill with the windows open at night, or sitting on the large deck was great. Right up there with other top VRBOs I have stayed at.

Rental Agreement/Policies
By confirming this reservation the renter agrees to the following policies:

1. Maximum Occupancy: The maximum number of guests is limited to 14 persons.

2. Term of the Lease: The short term lease begins 4pm (the “Check-in Date”) and ends at 11 a.m. (the “Checkout Date”).

3. Minimum Stay: This property requires a 2 night minimum stay. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If a rental is taken for less than 2 days, the guest will be charged the 2-night rate.

4. Rental Rules: Guest agrees to abide by the Rental Rules attached as Exhibit A at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.

5. Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.

6. Rental Rate and Fees:
a. Monies Due: A damage deposit protection fee of $69 plus 50% of rental is due immediately to book the home for the dates in the agreement. Full payment must be received 60 days prior to check in.
9. Cancellation Policy: No cancellations within 90 days of check-in.
10. Storm Policy No refunds will be given unless:
• The National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation.
• Access to the Tahoe basin has been restricted by the Nevada or California Hwy patrol prior to 2pm on the day of check in. In this case one night will be refunded if you are unable to reach the Tahoe basin.
11. Insurance: We encourage all renters to purchase traveler insurance.
