VIP access, reserved for tenants on the 4th floor, to the terrace and living room on the top floor with panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
The cleaning fee is €60; baby cots are available subject to availability.
You can rent linen packs for €12 per person (the pack includes sheets, a pillowcase, a large and small towel, a bath mat, and a tea towel).
Parking space reservations are available: €30 per week from October 1st to April 27th and €50 from April 28th to September 30th (subject to availability).

A few steps from the residence, you can try your luck at the Barrière Casino, enjoy a movie at the multiplex cinema, or visit the cultural center.
Two thalassotherapy centers, Port Fréjus and Boulouris, will also allow you to truly get back in shape during your stay.
