Your Paradise in Palm Springs! A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on a quiet street one block from Demuth Park. Close to golf courses, tennis courts, hiking trails and bike routes, our home is an oasis in the middle of it all, yet just10 minutes from downtown. The kitchen is fully stocked, all bedrooms have TV's, comforters and spare sheets. Spend the day relaxing on the lanai, taking a swim in the saltwater pool, or unwinding in the spa, all while enjoying the fantastic mountain views.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Excellent location, amenities and clean!

We stayed at Casa Paradiso for 2 months. The location was great with beautiful views. The hot tub was a wonderful plus. The house was fully equipped for all our long-term needs. Our Host, E.J., responded immediately to any of our questions or concerns. Looking forward to our next stay.

Springtime in the desert

We had a very stress-free stay in this lovely and easy living home. It was comfortable, convenient and well-equipped throughout, including a library we read from and contributed to. And the pool, which we relished almost daily, was a huge treat. EJ and his local “manager” were very accessible and helpful.

Great view and location

We so enjoyed the home and outside areas, great mountain views from the pool and lanai. We ate alot of our meals in being there a month so the spice cabinet was a plus. Close to downtown Palm Springs which we enjoyed numerous times also trips to Joshua Tree, The Living Dessert, Shield Date Farm. Golf just down the road. Airport close by but was not an issue, planes start going around 6am which kinda became our alarm clock if you heard them, louder some morning than others. There is a large park complex where you turn into the neighborhood where the home is located which is quite and well maintained, glad to see some of the cactus bloom in the yard and surrounding yards. The host was great and we had a excellent get away!

Great House & Locale

A wonderfully furnished home with spa and pool. Close to Durmuth Park and the downtown Palm Springs area. Great kitchen and outside patio area. Our host, E.J., was exceptional. He responded quickly to any of our questions or needs. A great view of the San Jacinto mountains was included. My highest recommendation.

Great property in Palm Springs!

My husband and I had a very fun and relaxing stay at Casa Paradiso. The house is very clean, comfortable, and convenient to everything. The pool and outdoor space is a perfect combination of sun and shade. Highly recommend!

Beautiful pool side!

Dennis and I were not able to stay at Casa Paradiso because of the Corona virus threat. But EJ was so kind to let our Snowbird friends, who we were to meet there, stay. They were thoroughly impressed with the premises. EJ we plan to come stay at your Casa in the future and enjoy poolside for ourselves!

We are a semi-retired couple, splitting our time between Palm Springs and the Bay Area. We are active cyclists, hikers and all-around adventurers. Casa Paradiso is also our home, which we enjoy sharing with a few guests. It is not a short-term rental business.

Why they chose this property

We believe you'll love our home! It is quiet and peaceful, yet 1 block to Demuth Park, golfing, tennis, hiking and biking routes. It's away from the hustle and bustle of downtown, yet close enough to be there in less than 10 minutes. You can gaze directly at the mountains from the saltwater pool and spa, or watch television from any of four monitors.

What makes this property unique

Casa Paradiso is furnished and decorated with our own furniture and decorative art, which our guests have enjoyed as well.
