Had an amazing 1st visit to St. Martin. Julia's rental was well-equipped and perfectly situated on the Island. Julia was extremely responsive and attuned to our needs for our 1st visit to SXM. We had a late flight back, and Julia was kind enough to allow us to stay a few hours after the checkout time. I highly recommend this place
