Huge 4 bedroom condo in 6th floor, as you enter the building, you will have 24hr Door man, CCTV and private parking lot for up to 2 cars. You have elevator in the parking lot and shopping cars to help you get your things in the apartment.

As you enter the appartament, you will have the master bedroom with hot tube and private balcony. This bedroom comes with a King size bed. The second bedroom comes with a Queen Size Bedroom, and private full bathroom and balcony.

As you walk through the entrance hall, to your left, you will see the third bedroom, with a Full size bed and full bathroom. In from of this bedroom is the 4th and smaller bedroom, with an individual bed and full bathroom in the hallway.

At the end of the hallway, you will have the huge living room, the view of the sea is amazing. The living room as a huge leather sofa with Smart TV, including local cable with CNN, Fox News, and APPs NETFLIX, YOUTUBE, and a Reders corner.

The kitchen is big, fully equipped with basic appliances, china, and basic cooking gadgets. Countertop with 3 barstools, The dinning room has table for 5. The balcony is huge, with an outdoor table for 4, great for breakfast or coffee enjoying the morning with the pristine beach view.

AC, iron machine is included, hot water and a small storage. Electricity is precharge and the rent comes with a 50 usd charge, with normally is more than enough for a week with basic electricity consumption. Extra charges are on the guest, so we encourage our guest to be conscious on the usage of AC.

In the first floor of the building, you have great amenities, such as 2 swimming pools, snack bar, bar. Gym and spa on the second floor, as well as pool table. At the edge of the second pool, you have a grill area and 2 hot tubes with an area great for private parties, book in advance please. Business center is near the administration office, wifi is included in the pool and business center area.

The neighborhood is very quite, you have the Mall and restaurants and bars, 5 min drive to Gallerias Mazatlan, marina Mazatlan. Also a Walmart, sams and starbucks are on that area.
