Spend “Just Another Day in Paradise” in this two story duplex with the charm of a beach bungalow. Located directly across the 2 lane road from the sugar sand beaches of Gulf Shores. Private beach access gives easy access to the beach. Cool off & relax at the community pool just steps from your door.

Decorated with fresh Caribbean colors, newly painted throughout. Expansive living room, dining room combo that opens to a large deck with ocean views. Previously nicknamed the Crab Crib - you will enjoy the beach decor. Well kept, colorful rooms are larger than most high rise condos. Enjoy 2 large decks that open to ocean views.

The upstairs bedrooms each have their own private bath. The master bedroom is quite large with king bed and private deck with ocean views. Second bedroom sleeps 4 in full size bunk beds. The living room has its own private full bath and high quality sleeper sofa.

Full capacity kitchen with all the equipment necessary to prepare home cooked meals. Eating area has a table for 6 and also a breakfast bar. This rental is a great value considering the size, quality, and central location.

Close to a variety of restaurants including seafood market, ice cream parlor, and convenience store just steps away.
