We have been holidaying in France for over the past 10 years, trying lots of different areas across France but find the Languedoc Rousillon has the most spectacular scenery and better climate. Hence, deciding to make our home here.
We would like to welcome you to our bed & breakfast and hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do.

Why they chose this property
In the Languedoc Roussillon region of France. 1hr from Spain and the med coast. In the Aude department with the river Aude running behind our property and surrounded by mountain views.
Situated in the quiet village of Belvianes-et-Cavirac and only 3km from the nearest town where you will find all amenities and twice weekly markets. There is plenty of entertainment in the town throughout the summer but being on the outskirts we don’t get the noise.
We have plenty of walks in the area for novices or the experienced walker; we can advise. Rafting is available in our village and we can reserve this for you.
Plenty of places of interest:- Cathar Castles, lagoons, swimming lakes, a labyrinth, underground caves, medieval cities and towns; not forgetting the beaches. Fishing is also possible in the village. Wine caves in the vicinity for tasting!
Lots of restaurants in the area or just a pizza if you fancy.
For the children:- A new outdoor leisure park with bouncy play in the lake, play area, fitness machines and sports courts, snack bar. Fishing lake on site also. Just 5 minutes drive away. Bike rental available close by, as are aerial rope walks, quad biking, paintballing, donkey walks and horse riding.
The little red train - 15 minutes drive, Dinosaur Museum 10 minutes drive. Plus various museums.
If you stay with us you have the option to visit many places or just rest by the pool.
