Large windows and sliding glass doors fill the room with natural light, while a wood-burning fireplace, a spacious sectional, and a flat-screen TV create the ultimate spot for après-ski relaxation. Step outside to your private deck and soak in the fresh mountain air while relaxing in the new hot tub—perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day on the slopes. The bar between the living and dining area is a great spot to lay out appetizers or sip drinks while mingling. The kitchen has been updated with all the appliances and tools you’ll need, and the dining table comfortably seats six, making it ideal for family meals or group gatherings.

Fun Fall Birthday Weekend

This property was perfect and in a great location for a 14th birthday weekend. We had 4 teen girls with us I have plenty of space. Was very comfortable, quiet, and the private hot tub was a great amenity. Would stay here again!

Nice condo for our family

Spacious enough for our group of 4, definitely enough room. Loved using the hot tub in the snow. It’s an older condo but has some nice updates, especially the master bathroom. Only complaint is the ice maker does not work in the fridge so we had to buy a bag of ice. Plus the coffee maker doesn’t work so that was disappointing.

Tired, In Need of Updates

This property could be amazing but it is very tired and in desperate need of updating. The carpet needs to be replaced and some of the furniture is in horrible shape (large tears / missing upholstery). Other than that, it's in a great location, wonderful layout, good place to relax after exploring.

Clean large property

The property was nice! It was a little confusing to get to but once we figured it out it was easy to get in and out of. The property was large enough to host our family get together. When we arrived the front of the property was not shoveled so it can get slick, we ended up doing it ourselves so it was fine. Overall the property was nice

The property is in an excellent location, easy access to free bus and downtown Steamboat, nicely furnished.The hot tub is well maintained and we enjoyed it.The master suite is very nice, bathroom is brand new and has a nice closet. The garage is very spacious.However the property is neglected. The owner and the management co. need to do a thorough review of all the appliances.The washer and dryer appear to be fairly new, upon arrival the dryer did not work and the washer was making a noise not usually associated with a washer. The ice maker did not work, nor were we told it didn't work, they there were 2 bags of ice in the freezer. The dishwasher sometimes did not drain.The front porch light did not work, day one we come back from dinner when was already dark, and had to use the phone flashlight.A handymen the next day discovered the sensor that turns on/off the porch light was broken and found the switch for the porch light hidden outside under the roof line. The carpet is in dire need of cleaning. To cover the dirty carpet area rugs were place in some areas.The TV had no instructions at all, it came with 2 remote controls, one clearly mark as MASTER TV, which did nothing. It was trial and error to figure out how navigate the tv. The stove top burners are flimsy and ill fitting, not staying in place.The patio where the hot tub is located had several nail heads sticking out, had to be nailed back in.Overall we were disappointed and frustrated.
