The Master Bedroom boasts a King bed, bench and a large desk.

Snuggle up on a cloud-like Queen bed in the guest bedroom furnished with a 42" wall mounted flat-screen TV with Roku, closet, a comfy bench and portable fan with remote control. Complimentary set of disposable slippers!

The spa-like bathroom wows with an extra-tall walk-in shower featuring Carrara Marble look tile, glass shower doors and a spa shower head. Freshen up in the trendy vessel sink and feel like in a five star resort with our a full set of toiletries & bathrobes.

The full house is for your own private use only. This property is a duplex consisting of two separate units with separate entrances. The only area shared with the other unit is the laundry room which is a separate room located at the carport containing a state-of-the-art washer & dryer.

While I am always available, my five-star superhost & co-host Lelia will be assisting you 24/7 and making sure you have the most memorable trip!

THINGS TO NOTE:

This property is a duplex consisting of two separate units with separate entrances and separate ACs. This unit faces the street and north side of the duplex. The only area shared with the other unit is the laundry room which is a separate, stand alone room located at the carport containing a state-of-the-art washer & dryer. The patio is not fenced to the street, nor divided between the two units, but each unit has its own separate and private outdoor seating and grilling area. Each seating/grilling area is not visible from each other.

No boat and trailer parking on driveway.

Maximum parking for 2 cars (1 in driveway and 1 in street)

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Upon booking, we require a copy of the lead guest's drivers license matching the name of the credit card used to book.

Absolutely no noise after 10pm outside. No parties or gatherings allowed.

Only the registered guests allowed overnight. A max of 8 guests allowed at ANY other time.

Signing our Rental agreement and Grill Waiver is required for all stays. To see a copy of these agreements please reach out to us and we will be happy to provide them prior booking.
