Beautiful unit with great views of the Marco River and easy access to fishing pier. Unit has washer and dryer in unit. Well stocked kitchen. Electric grill. Outdoor furnishings. Flat screen televisions in living room and bedroom.
All new paint, furniture, bedding and plantation shutters. Unit has been completely redecorated in 2020. (Not all photos most recent.)
Ville de Marco is truly a unique property on Marco Island. Beautifully landscaped and meticulously maintained in the very unique Old Marco area. Right on the Marco River the property features a large fishing pier with tons of great fishing, sunrise and sunset views. Boat slips can be rented as well. Large heated outdoor pool and easy access to the Snook Inn and the best fish on the island at Lee Bee Fish Company.
