Arc 1800, charming apartment with mountain view

In the residence of Ruitor at 80m from the resort center and ski lifts and ski schools, this 30m2 apartment recently renovated with care by its owner consists of a main room with a bed, an open kitchen, a bathroom, separate toilet and a nice master bedroom. With a balcony facing south-west without vis-à-vis, you can admire the evening the most beautiful sunsets throughout the Beaufortain valley.

The departure to the ski area is done skis in front of the residence with the chairlift of the alpine garden and the return via the center-station to 80m of the residence.

Arrival and Departure
Arrivals are from 16:00. Departures are before 10:00.
Your arrival and departure will be managed by the owner and a concierge service that will offer services (fee) rental linen and end-of-stay cleaning under certain conditions.


Kitchen equipment
The kitchen is fully equipped with a complete set of dishes and the following equipment:
- hotplates
- a filter hood
- a dishwasher
- a microwave
- an electric kettle
- Nespresso coffee machine

The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a sink.

The accommodation is strictly non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

The accommodation does not have internet access.

Car park
During the winter season, the accommodation has an outdoor parking space reserved at the foot of the building. A parking fee of 40 euros per week will be applied for tenants who come by car. In the resort, the normal price per week of parking is 80 euros.

Household
Cleaning is not included in the rental and it is imperative that it be done during your stay. The apartment is to be flawless and the housework done. A cleaning service can nevertheless be ordered in advance from the concierge.

Ski room
In the residence, each apartment has a ski room that has just been completely renovated. All ski equipment including shoes must be stored there. Ski equipment is strictly forbidden in the apartment.
