Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

The dunes blocked most of the beach but was ok because the access was PERFECT and to the pool was exceptional. Had some water issues but they did the best the best they could on getting on at nights. Communication could have been better with the situation but the owners made it right. They were extremely kind!

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The gated community made us feel very safe, which was a huge plus for our family. The house was incredibly well stocked — truly everything we could have needed was there, from kitchen essentials to beach gear like chairs, a wagon, umbrella, and toys for the kids.Another thing we really appreciated was that it felt very kid-friendly and “kid proof.” There weren’t tons of little trinkets and fragile decorations everywhere like you sometimes see in beach houses, which made it so much less stressful with young kids.The washer and dryer were also a huge bonus after beach days (although fair warning: the dryer beep could wake you from the dead ).The location was slightly farther than “5 steps to the beach,” but honestly still about as close as you can get. We especially appreciated the outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach, and it being so close to the back door made everything super convenient.Overall, we had a great experience and would absolutely stay again!

The owners have considered the variety of activities you may want and provide the tools or foundations for having that spontaneous good time. We are thankful in being able to share in their space.

The host (Ed) was very pleasant to deal with and the email he sent explained the check in process precisely. The unit was very clean and ready to go. Beachfront access was awesome and we were on the beach walking every morning/evening we we’re there. It had everything we needed for an absolute wonderful time. Ed the host was very helpful. Things like Kleenex paper towels and toilet paper would be helpful. Having a pantry and laundry in the room was great . Very peaceful and great beach. I wish there was a car rental place on the island.

We loved the access to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of kitchen items, from cookware to condiments. The property was very well kept and maintained. We hope to be able to stay here again.
