Our condo is a 2 bedroom/2 bath ground floor condo. It is GROUND FLOOR WALKOUT to the beach with unobstructed views! No messing around with elevators and stairs from higher floors...just walk out the patio door and you are steps to the beach!!!

Imagine a place where you can wake up to a beautiful sunrise every morning from the comfort of your master bedroom. Our condominium is ground floor in the center of the building and literally steps to the beach! Enjoy the panoramic views from the master bedroom, living room and kitchen. Relax on the patio in the evening and enjoy the sound of the ocean and the peacefulness provided by a very special condominium in a very special place. You simply will not find a condo on South Padre Island with better views and beach access.

Our condo is truly 'home' and you will feel that from the moment you walk through the front door. Tastefully decorated and meticulously maintained, indulge yourself in the experience of an exceptional vacation getaway.

Great place to stay.

We loved the access to the beach and the pool. There was plenty of kitchen items, from cookware to condiments. The property was very well kept and maintained. We hope to be able to stay here again.

Excellent Choice

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo, Ed, the owner was great at communication providing information more than an other VRBO we've stayed at complete with ideas and tips of where to go on the island. The condo was a perfect choice for location, walking directly onto the beach was a real hit. The extras in the pantry were a real treat, random things we found and used, it was very appreciated! We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

October in SPI, Amazing!

We totally enjoyed our stay at Sea Vista. The property is well maintained and secure. We had the ground level, out the front door to the pool and back door to the beach. The condo was clean and well stocked, great place for just hanging out. We definitely want to go back soon!

Nice Ground floor unit

Our stay was very relaxing and fun. The location was very nice. Ground level was great! We could walk out to the beach or walk straight out to the pool and hot tub. All beach supplies were waiting for us in a wagon on the patio- chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and more. We made breakfast every morning in the unit. The kitchen was small, but we made it work. Walked to Margaritaville and Holiday Inn for appetizers and cocktails. Had dinner at the Meatball Cafe- great place! Also had dinner at Sea Ranch -Nice dinner, but pricey. We were there October 3-8. We had a little rain a couple of days and jellyfish on the beach a few days as well. The beach is amazing. Great for long walks. We would stay here again.

Beyond what is described! We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

When you read, “Steps from the beach”, some are not easily accessible. Not for this beautiful condo unit, which is 100% steps to the beach! To begin, communication with the owners, information, directions, provisions (pantry/beach items) were fantastic! As we only used the master, there’s plenty of space for a family to have a comfortable enjoyable stay with two full baths. Pictures won’t do it justice to describe the comfort for we had a relaxing day just hearing the waves on the patio. The location is perfect for great food beachside as well as easy access to the grocery stores if you intend a longer stay. The two of us are looking forward to another and hopefully a longer stay. As my husband is the snow guy & I am the the beach goer, we trade off. Thank you to the Raposa family!!!

Perfect beach condo!!

We had the best time staying here! We just went for a little getaway and have been to South Padre many times. But, this condo was perfect. It was so clean in the morning views were breathtaking. Very short, walk to the beach across the sand. Great pool and hot tub that is just the right size. Close to Margaritaville and their restaurant and bar. Accessible to everything. Owner is very responsive and polite. We had a lot of Internet issues while I was there which were not his fault and he went out of his way to spend his day, trying to fix it for us And was very communicative with multiple emails informing me of the situation. Anything and everything you could need is in this place including a wagon and chairs and umbrellas and everything for your beach trip. There is a stocked pantry and it is kind of like a pay it forward system. We bought extra laundry soap for our use and then left the rest behind as well as some other things. Very spacious place and extremely comfortable quiet and relaxing. Highly highly recommend. We will definitely stay here again.

VACATION SPI 2024

EVERYTHING TURNED OUT GREAT. APPRECIATED THE AMENITIES INSIDE THE PROPERTY AND THE CLOSE ACCESS TO THE BEACH. I WAS A LITTLE SURPRISED THAT I DID NOT FIND ANY OUTSIDE PORCH LIGHTS. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A PLEASURE STAYING THERE.

Great beach front rental!!!!

Stayed here on work trip just because. Property is very nice and the location is fantastic. You can easily walk over to other resorts along the beach for a bite. Beach chairs and toys included outside. Enjoyed so much, would love to come back again with my family next time. Host are very kind and communicate well about how to get in / out rules of hoa etcetera.

Wonderful Stay

Property was exactly as advertised. Very clean, great ground level access to beach and pool. All kinds of restaurants and shops very close by. Owner very willing to provide assistance and guidance. Property very well stocked with necessities.

Awesome condo on the beach!

The condo is in a great location right on the beach but away from the busiest part of town. Ed is a great host, I cannot say enough good things about him. This is the way renting a vacation condo should be!

I can't say enough good things about this rental

This place is exactly like the pictures and description. My friend and I stayed here so that we could be close to the KOA park where our Canadian friends are staying for the winter. We were amazed at all the nice small touches--nice towels, beach towels, night light, kitchen so well stocked with everything you need (nice kitchen cookware and supplies --even had a pastry brush which I needed.) The condo was so clean. We loved sitting outside and seeing the ocean. It was nice to walk out the back door and walk a few steps to the boardwalk to get to the beach. All the maintenance people were very friendly too. Ed is very responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

This condo is super clean and comfortable, and is easily the best-equipped rental I’ve ever had. Literally everything you might need was there..even right down to a fly swatter! The best thing is the personal unit access to the beach..just walk out your front door and you’re there. Looking forward to many more stays!

Great choice.

Very nice property, steps from beach. bottom floor has limited beach view as the grassy burm was mounded high. Master bath was dated. Kitchen was dated. Well furnished kitchen. Everything was clean and functional. We would recomend this property. No fans in condo, ac kept it cool.
