Charming house on Hwy 100
Private 2 bedroom/1 bathroom keyless entry with a spacious kitchen. Sleeps 6. Nashville home in beautiful Warner Park Valley, near Bellevue,Percy Warner Park, Cheekwood Park, Hwy 100, Hwy 70.
It is only 20 minutes from downtown and 30 minutes from the airport. Walking distance to local restaurants and coffee shops.
Max number of guests is 6.
This charming house has original hardwood floors and is minimally furnished with mid-century finds. The fully furnished, large kitchen has a full size refrigerator, electrict stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking supplies and utensils if eating in is desired. The kitchen also has a large closet that keeps extra blankets. The bedrooms have queen size beds, closet, dresser. The TV room has a flat screen tv with Netflix access (no cable). WiFi is included. The bathroom has a tub shower, sink, toilet, and closet with extra towels.
Basement is off limits, as is used for a storage for a builder. There will be people coming and going to the basement Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
You will have one guaranteed parking space in front of the house. We can accommodate a 2nd car if necessary. Let me know the number of cars when you contact me!
