Tämä täydellisesti uusittu rannan edessä sijaitseva ensimmäisen kerroksen huoneisto, josta on esteetön näköala ja pääsy Meksikonlahden kuohuviinille, on vain muutaman askeleen päässä Floridan Persianlahden rannikon sokerivalkoisesta hiekasta. Tämä loppuyksikkö tarjoaa upean luonnollisen valon ja yksityisyyden, näköalalla mahtaville auringonlaskuille itäisen järven yli ja itään päin auringonlaskuja lahden yli.

Perfect !!

Enjoyed coffee sitting at the high top table with the list beautiful view and sounds of the ocean. At night, sitting on the rocking chairs and looking at the stars! And just walking out the door right to the beach was heaven. Will definitely come back again. Great escape. Thank you for sharing your happy place with us!

Amazing beach side condo. Recently beautifully remodeled. Perfectly clean, everything works, even the ice maker!!! Only thing I would add would be a garbage disposal ( I hate to even mention that because the condo really is otherwise perfect!)

An amazing stay in 30A

We just checked out today and absolutely loved staying here. The location was amazing to visit all towns nearby and you can’t beat being right on the beach. We never had to carry a million things bc we could just go back and forth. The condo had everything we may need and was clean, modern and updated, we felt like we were at a resort. Communication was also amazing and always just a text away. Will definitely look to stay here again when coming back to 30A.

Happy Little Condo

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The view of the gulf was spectacular. It was wonderful watching the changing colors of the water and the sand was like sugar. We were on ground level so we could walk directly out onto the beach. Very few steps to go up and down. We were sent the incorrect address and entrance code. That was quickly rectified

Our Thanksgiving stay on the beach

We were 4 miles from other family members….Steps to the beach….. walked to the lake from the beach 🏖️ Amazing views…. Very peaceful and secluded!!! The men walked to the beach and fished!!!

It’s a great location and love being on ground floor on the end, you can walk out on the beach within steps or sit inside and enjoy the gorgeous ocean view. Updated interior only down side was there was no coffee or filets and no disposal. Would stay here agin and the location was so great close to restaurants and my fav store Clay.Some small gnats in the kitchen but no biggie!

Would definitely stay here again!

We loved this little place and would definitely stay here again. Benchmark was GREAT about communicating with us, it was very clean, and we love the location. We loved being on the ground level with 2 small kids, they were able to play in front of the unit, and we loved that this unit was the last one, so no one needed to walk past us. It was great.

Excellent stay with family!

Property was intimate and perfect location! Beach side made it easy to come and go with kids. I love the access to East Lake that provides a perfect safe spot for kids to play without the waves knocking them down. Biking was easy to Seaside and other shops nearby! Will come back soon!

Just a few minor issues as others have stated WiFi goes in and out a lot. Small black ants in the kitchen so keep food put away. Back sliding glass door needs some WD40 and our screen door was off its track when we arrived. Very minor issues and I would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the condo!

Beautiful beach view

We enjoyed a three-night stay and especially liked the quietness of the end unit. The back boardwalk was so nice and convenient to access the beach. The condo was nicely decorated and was a pleasant stay for us.

Cozy Condo Seagrove

We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautifully redesigned condo. It’s so nice to sit on the patio and watch the ocean waves. Walking out to the beach is a breeze with just a few steps away. Our daughter & family live nearby and came to visit twice. The only negative is there was no where to park their car. Only 1 parking spot provided.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I stayed for a week at the Happy Little Condo and had a truly wonderful stay. The condo was comfortable and clean and had an amazing view. Great location! Only two small complaints - had some ant issues in the kitchen, so be sure your food is stored well and the wifi signal was not very strong. Had weak signal depending on where we were in the condo. That being said, we loved this condo and are already talking about plans to stay here again next year.

Everything else went smoothly. My husband who is hard to impress was impressed with the view! I was impressed with the stylish cozy decor and view. We rode bikes,(15 min ride) to seaside and water color to shop and eat. Recommend “The perfect Pig” for breakfast and lunch. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Winter Getaway

Reviewer Comments: The end unit is beautifully renovated with unobstructed views of the gulf and full of light. Fully equipped kitchen. Spacious hall bunks if you have others traveling with you. Loved that it was a ground floor unit with no stairs and easy walk out to the beach. Very comfortable king bed. It's a great location too. We will definitely come back and hopefully stay longer next time.

The walk to the beach was only a few steps down the shared patio and the perfect spot. The parking spot is one of the best in the lot. The location on Eastern Lake Rd is one of our favorites on 30A.

A happy condo, but...

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great condo but- HOA was painting the outside - could not use keypad or knob and no outdoor lights from parking lot. Smoke from Oven causing smoke alarms to go off, hole in screens leading to porch. Owner has provided almost every possible item to make stay comfortable and convenient and recent remodeling was very very nice. Great location on 30A and ideal setting to get to beach very easily.
