Vacation with extended family or close friends in this bright, spacious home with lots of room both indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the private, natural setting any time of year. Just 5 miles to Cooperstown All Star Village and 14 miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park.

This home is on a quiet, country road with plenty of space between neighbors and tree lines that provide additional privacy.

You'll have full access to the entire property during your stay

The main floor of this home includes an open floor plan, so the family can spread out amongst the kitchen, dining area and living room and still see and talk with each other. The living room has large windows that let in tons of natural light and showcase the natural setting outside. Also on the main floor are 3 bedrooms and a full bathroom with laundry. In the finished basement level is a large open floor plan with walk-out french doors, a seating/tv area that doubles as sleeping space, a gaming area with Nintendo Switch, plus a bunk bed and full bath. The outdoor space at this home is a vast open area of mowed grass, surrounded by trees and wildlife. You're likely to see deer and turkeys during your stay. There's also a firepit, deck with outdoor dining furniture and a propane grill.

This property is a few miles from town so the best way for traveling around the area is by car. There is free, private driveway parking for up to 4 vehicles.

The property was the best place to have a small family reunion. Everything in the house was labeled and east to find with PLENTY of activities to keep the kids busy. The location was a short drive to our local family members home and made it easy to travel back and forth. Melissa wa more than helpful our whole stay and I'd lo love to make a trip there again!

Hi, I'm Melissa! I grew up in Oneonta, NY so I have been part of the community for all of my life. After leaving the area for college, my husband and I chose to return to Oneonta to raise our 3 boys because it's a great place to raise a family.

Why they chose this property

This home is one that's been in our family for years and we bought it because we wanted to share the wonderful property with guests.

What makes this property unique

The entire property has so much to offer; there is vast open space surrounding the house, it's very private and peaceful because the property is lined by trees and the area is quiet due to it's location. The views are beautiful, from sunrise, to sunset and star gazing at night. There's so much space inside the house to spread out and relax, the home is very comfortable and truly feels like a home away from home.
