A wonderfully located apartment, with ample space, well cared for facilities, and a responsive host. Only minor issue was a non-functioning washing machine, but everything else was in working order. Highly recommend the apartment for its convenience, and an excellent choice for families.

We had an amazing time in Rome. Luigi and this property was perfect for our visit. Great location for walking to all the historical sites, restaurants and shopping. Luigi was a great host with all kinds of helpful tips to make our stay wonderful.

First of all, you couldn't ask for a better host than Luigi. He was so kind and accommodating in showing us the property and all it's amenities. The location was excellent - close to everything! The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. We wish we had known that Rome has such a robust night life! There were so many unique bars and restaurants to choose from. We really enjoyed every meal and had so much fun getting to know locals and other tourists too. We fell in love with Rome and hope to come back for a longer stay.

Luigi helped with rides to and from the airport for a large group. His communication is excellent. The rooms were very nice and a great location with groceries only 2 doors down. A minute walk to the Ponte sisto. The kitchen accommodated cooking for our family.

Great location! Very central, all main tourist attractions within walking distances. Market and Gelateria right next to the apartment. Apartment clean and well appointed for anyone who wishes to eat in and rest, instead of going out to restaurants. This apartment is excellent. Its in a great location, has a lot of sleeping options, 2 full bathrooms, a kitchen, and wifi. Luigi was great, and he arranged for a private shuttle to and from the airport.

Loved everything about this apartment. On our two week trip to Italy, this was the nicest of the 3 VRBOs we stayed in. Very spacious, high ceilings, the room with 2 beds was separated by a curtain and had lots of room, which was especially great for our daughters sharing a room. The location was perfect. Even though it’s right in the thick of day and night action, it was quiet at night and we all slept well. Luigi was a great host. We loved our visit to Rome. Would stay here again.

Luigi, the manager, is wonderful to work with in every aspect. He was helpful in so many ways and as great at communicating before and during our stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It is in a good area that made it easy for us to get around Rome.

Great location

The house was clean and had everything we needed! The host responded quickly! We had a grocery and a pharmacy directly across the street from us and a coffee shop and gelato shop at the corner of our building. Everything was in walking distance and our 10 days in Rome was perfect! I would definitely recommend this spot and I would stay here again

Excellent location and excellent property manager

I can’t say enough good things about this location. We walked every where from this location! Plenty of space, air conditioning during the July 2025 heat wave at this property. All cooking appliances and laundry washing machine, elevator in building. All excellent. Luigi is a fantastic property manager and arranged for our transfer from the airport to the hotel. Luigi had all emergency numbers posted in an easily accessible space and obviously takes care in all he does- Would 10/10 recommend!

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at your property. From the location to the amenities to the staff... everything exceeded expectations. The kitchen was so well appointed and the amenities added to our comfort. The flat provided more than enough space for our family of 5. The location could not have been better. We were able to walk to each and every destination in Rome. I highly recommend this property.

This place is perfect for a set of friends or family. It is even larger than it appears in the photos, as everythign we needed and is in a perfect location. Luigi, who manages the property, is super-responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to friends!

Amazing Stay!

For our first trip to Rome we could not have picked a more amazing stay! We were 6 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Luigi, was very responsive and accommodating to our needs. The location is situated in a great area near shopping, restaurants, and close to most of the tourist locations. Overall, we all agreed we would stay there again!

Five Star

We were very pleased with our stay at Pettinari House over the Christmas holiday. Two families of 8 adults were there and we had plenty of room. Luigi was a very big help before and during our stay. He arranged transportation to and from the airport and was happy to assist in any way he could. The rooms were spacious and the location was convenient for all the walking we did. We were happy to have stayed here.
