Kingsview Condo - Beachfront Lake Havasu Two Bedroom, Two Bathroom Condo. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with a washer and dryer in the unit. WIFI Internet is provided for our renters !! Unit 210 is located on the second floor in the FIRST building (30 feet from the beach and on the London Bridge Boardwalk) with direct beach access for your enjoyment. The Condo has a huge balcony with lots of chairs to enjoy the warm weather or just sit and watch the boats drive by. There is a beautiful table on the balcony to enjoy your meals outside while enjoying the view and the boats. There is a gas BBQ on the balcony as well. The furniture is all upgraded and very comfortable - pictures will show you the beauty of the condo. This is not a party palace and is limited to 6 people. More people will have to be approved by the owner - you can email me as I usually respond within 24 hours. There is a extra fee for more than five people. No pets allowed in the condo (staying or visiting) The English Village is a short walk from the condo with shops, ice cream parlor, pizza and places to rent wave runners, jet skis, paddleboards and pontoon boats. There is also a ferry boat that is only a 2 minute walk away on the boardwalk right out front of the condo that will take you to the brand new CASINO. It is a beautiful walk along the channel and goes all the way to Rotary Park where there is a skate board park. There is a list of what needs to be completed before you check out of the condo - You will need to clean up after yourselves or you will be charged extra ( you need to leave the condo in the same condition as when you arrived)(Approximate fees)
DAILY RATES: My rental rates are $275.00 /$325.00 a night with a 3 night minimum.
WEEKLY RATES: a 7 night rental is $1925.00 plus an $150.00 cleaning fee.

HOLIDAY RATES: Are $375.00/$450 a night with a 3 night minimum in most cases.

The Master Bedroom has a King size bed with excellent mattresses and double glass doors to the balcony for that great morning view of the water and London Bridge. The Living Room has double glass doors to the balcony as well and a beautiful view of the water as soon as you walk into the condo. The guest room has a private bathroom right across the hall , two sets of bunkbeds (top bunk is a twin while the bottom bunk is a full size bed with excellent mattresses.) The Kitchen is completely furnished with newer refrigerator, microwave, stove and dishwasher. The countertops are all granite and in excellent condition - Kitchen looks like a model home.

You can pull your boat/jet skis right up to the beach and relax all day. Enjoy the morning sunrise or evening sunset on the huge balcony - you will not want to leave

It is a five minute stroll on the Boardwalk to the English Village shops and Restaurants and London Bridge. You can rent paddleboards, boats, jet skis in the English Village. You can take the Havasu Ferry to the gambling Casino. The Ferry is located in the English Village (All within a 5 minute walk from the condo - on the Boardwalk)

Enjoy daily swimming in the Lake or the complex POOL which is located on the 2nd floor as well. You won't be disappointed. Great location for Long Winter Stays or Short Getaways. This Unit is in the first and front building so you will have NO BLOCKED VIEWS or NO ROOFTOP VIEWS - Water Views only - GEORGEOUS VACATION UNIT !!!!!!
