The waterpark and concessions were excellent! Could have used some TV directions but that could be operator error The condo was in excellent shape and the instructions were good. There was no key pad but we were able to access the key easily.

This was a great place to stay to spend our Disney vacation. It was clean, great instructions were given, and when I had questions there was immediate response. The kids really enjoyed the waterpark. I would definitely stay here again.

Awesome, clean, beautiful

We spent two nights here. It was fresh, new, clean, spacious and beautiful. We have stayed at other VRBO properties, but this was by far the nicest one. Highly recommended.

This was a very clean, modern and quiet property. The only issue we had was the washing machine broke down so we had to take our laundry to the laundromat (which did turn out to be a major inconvenience - but out of the property owner’s control). I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Beautiful unit but lacks kitchen equipment

Unit was beautifully decorated! Had a big beautiful kitchen with tons of cabinets but they were almost all empty. Barely had enough kitchen equipment to cook meals. Patio furniture was made out of wood with no cushions! The most uncomfortable chairs to sit on outside to relax. ☹️

All good except the hot water

The unit was perfect for our family and very close to the quiet pool. For some reason the water wouldn’t get hot but got warm enough we were able to make do. It only comes with two rolls of toilet paper so we had to go and buy some. The water smells like sulphur so be sure to bring bottled water. There is an air fryer which made meal cooking much faster and easier. Most of the dishes were dirty when we got there but that was from the last guest I’m assuming. We just washed everything before we used it because they were visibly dirty. Fridge bathrooms and beds were all clean and the bedding smelled of bleach which was nice. Internet and tv worked great and the location was close to everything for us. We even drove into Tampa and it was only an hour away. I would stay here again.

No longer “Brand New”

Pictures are very deceiving. It was “Brand New” sometime ago, but definitely not anymore. The carpets were filthy, bring slippers!!! Chips all over the walls on the paint, counter top cracked, furniture stained up and dingy, beach towels are so paper thin and dingy they appear to be from 1988. The hot water is NOT hot, warm at best. Showering after a long day at the park was less than relaxing because of that. Last complaint is that there is no window covering at all over the giant sliding glass door. So if you have lights on in the kitchen and living room after dark everyone in the whole complex courtyard can see right inside. Otherwise location was good.

Great location, poor communication

My husband and I were meeting our daughter and 2 year old granddaughter at the property for her first trip to Disney. They arrived late at night, the night before us. The check-in instructions we were given only had the gate code to enter the condo complex...no door code or key. We made several calls, emails and texts for assistance in getting into the unit. The property manager did not answer and did not return my voicemails or messages. The management company did not answer or return our calls. Finally we had to send our daughter and granddaughter to a hotel for the night instead. They had no car and it was after midnight. We finally got in touch with the management company the following day and were given the access codes. In addition to this, there was no information in the unit as to how to access the pools and water park. You needed information (access code for the pool) and procedures for the water park, but we had to reach out for this information as it was not anywhere in the unit. That said, the location to Disney, the unit, the water park and the area were all great! The management company is letting a great property slip due to lack of attention to details.
