independent 3-star villa of 120 m² on 500 m² of enclosed woodland grounds, 800 m from the beach, 200 m from the national forest and cycle paths, the villa has a fitted kitchen, 1 living room / lounge, 3 bedrooms including 1 with a 160 cm bed, 1 other with a 140 cm bed and the third with bunk beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a garage, its large fully enclosed garden is decorated with a private swimming pool, terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue (possibility to rent bikes on site).

Une semaine passée dans la villa, située à moins d’un km de la mer. Maison très propre et agréable , le tout avec une piscine chauffée, bien utile pour les enfants, et les parents! Il y a tout dans la maison, du barbecue au couteau à huître! A refaire
