About this property
CONDO, APPROX 1 BLOCK TO BEACH, INTERNET, A/C AND MORE!
In this 3 bedroom unit, there is a master with a full bathroom and a Queen Bed, the second bedroom is called the guest room and it also has a Queen Bed. The third bedroom has a triple bunk bed. That is a single bed over a double bed and there is a single trundle that also rolls out. Depending on the size of your guest, 3 or 4 people can sleep in that room. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom share a bathroom. 2 comfortable roll away beds will be provided that can be setup in the master or guest rooms. The space should be enough for up to 2 families of 5 people each. It's advertised that this space can sleep 10 people but this can vary depending on size and age of the guest.
Bookings are not confirmed until a fully executed lease is received with Owner approval. CHECK IN 3PM/CHECK OUT 10AM.
