This 3-story, 6-bedroom home is sure to be a delight for the whole family. It’s available for a few days, a week, or extend your stay for a month (or more).

Just a short, easy walk from the home is your own private beach. The crystal-clear water is complimentary, as are the beach chairs with umbrella, from March thru October. These will be set up for you to enjoy daily. Very nice service.

Need immediate comfort? Hop into the gated pool. It’s privately owned and shared by our other two houses, Dolphin Run, and Seashell Castle. With brand-new lounge chairs and Adirondack chairs, sit back, keep an eye on the kids, and relax in comfort. Rested? Then jump on one of the complimentary bikes and go check out the local scene.

Inside, the second and third-floor decks have stunning views of the gulf. The 50” fireplace creates heat and ambience. The second-floor deck extends the length of the house from the primary suite, king, to the guest room, queen. Ever wake up to a Gulf breeze, and the smell of the salt air? Divine.

nice clean friendly, very helpful would stay here again. there were 11 of us and we were all very comfortable here from 8 month old , 4 yr old, 9 yr old, 12 and 14 yr old, rest 6 adults

Needs some tlc desperately. Beds were incredibly uncomfortable and lacks basic supplies. Outdoor furniture is probably 30 years old and unusable. Funky smell too. Close to the beach tho! M

Great location and plenty of room

We booked this last minute due to a change in plans and could not be happier with the stay. The rental agency was responsive and called back quickly when we had a little trouble getting into the property upon arrival after hours. I actually had 2 two people call me back just to make sure I was taken care of. There are plenty of rooms for multiple families with young kids, or a couple of families with larger kids. 2 rooms on the top floor with 2 kid-themed beds in each room for younger kids. 3 rooms on the second floor - the master has a king and futon, then a queen and two twins in the other bedrooms. There is a large bedroom and full bath on the bottom floor, and the sofa is a sleeper sofa. Lots of closet and storage space in each area. The pool is right across the driveway (you can watch over it from the balcony) , and the beach access is really close (50 yard walk to the entrance). This area of the beach is not crowded compared to other areas, which we enjoyed. Being right next to the main street can be a little noisy, but the access to that street for walking or biking is also quite easy. You can easily fit 3 cars into the driveway spaces, and possibly up to 5 if you double up and your vehicles are smaller. The 2nd floor balcony is really large and gets shade in the evening which was perfect for us. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking, and plenty of eating space - one 4 chair table, an 8 chair table and 4 barstools at the counter. Only complaint is that the company that the property bikes are serviced through was not very responsive. It took a few tries to fix maintenance issues we had with the bikes. Sunscreen chapstick and their own brand of coffee were provided by the rental company, which was a nice touch. Look forward to staying again.

But...the steps to the beach were a little daunting and the town is VERY crowded. We're glad that we went because the beach is wonderful. And everyone is so nice - a real pleasure. Beach is close to house. I would definitely recommend Coral Reef and Oversee Realty is definitely one of the best. Dishwasher didn't work the whole week but I really can't take off any points for that. Just one of those things. No cable TV in living area was inconvenient. But again everything else was fine

The home was a great size and only 3 houses from a private boardwalk to a private, beautiful, community beach. It was gated and included 2 lawn chairs with an umbrella as well as the opportunity to rent additional sets (which we loved having). We also got 3 bikes to ride around on! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the lack of minimal necessities that most rental homes include. We were told we’d only have 1 roll of paper towels and one TP per bathroom - no big deal, we added it to our grocery list. But I’ve never rented a house that didn’t include one cleaning item (not even a spray for the counters), no food storage (not even reusable Tupperware or aluminum foil wrap) or salt and pepper. It felt so wasteful buying those things for a 1 week stay. It wouldn’t stop me from renting from Oversee again. They took good care of us and were even proactive in fixing the AC before we even asked. I was just a bit surprised at the lack of simple basics. I’ll know for our next visit.

We love, love, love, the new Coastal feel. The entire house was super clean. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig coffee pot (happy dance). The fire place, and the gas grill was a great surprise. I can't wait to come back next year. Coral Reef is a place you definitely want to stay in!

Little slice of heaven on 30-A

It is a huge house right off 30-A, but 90 feet to the walkway down to the beach. Newer appliances, furniture and fixtures. Wide open layout on first floor and includes a bedroom back behind the kitchen (perfect for those who don't like stairs). Upstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 super clean baths and a KILLER deck that looks out over the pool. The palm trees grew right thru the deck! Our kids were old enough we could watch them at the pool - from either the 2nd floor or 3rd floor deck in this house. All the amenities you would expect in a higher end place. The beach was private and a guy set up chairs and umbrellas every day for us. This is a quieter part of the coast, kid friendly and a long stretch of beach in either direction for walking. The house is part of a gated community of maybe 8 other houses. All were quiet and very friendly. We could walk to 2 places for food (breakfast and dinner), and Seaside/Watercolor was a short drive away. (You have to PAY to get on their beach - ridiculous!) Rosemary beach is developing out really nice to the south and it's just a short drive away also. Plenty of parking and 3 free bikes. This place just has a lot of room to spread out and move around. After a 7 hour drive from GA, it was nice to be able to throw a football outside 30 feet from the front door. All the bedding is white to be bleached and cleaned easier, but it was spotless anyway. Everything you need for a mellow weekend (or a week) is here, without the high-rise / line-for-the-elevator / crowd ****. Easy in - easy out. Already booked our next trip down here and can't wait to get back. Would have given the management company 5 stars, but the multitude of emails I got after booking weren't really needed.

Coral Reef House

House was acceptable although many appliances were broken. The AC filters were beyond filthy and the AC struggled to keep the place cool. When we arrived we were surprised to find the house is located right next to a very busy street. Not good for children. Overall this property is in need of an upgrade. I have to say that the staff worked diligently to resolve the issues we had to call about almost daily. Definately DID NOT get what i payed for. The best part was the close proximity to the beautiful private beach.

We were pleasantly surprised just how nice the house layout was to accommodate the entire family. Very roomy and a great location to the beach area. Having complimentary beach chairs ready for us each day made it much more relaxing to make our way to the beach at our leisure and not have to rush Down to set up our chairs, etc. The complimentary bikes were a plus as we used them every day. All in all I would recommend Coral Reef Beach House at Seagrove Beach Fla.

King size beds are comfortable but others, not so much. 2nd floor king bedroom has loud road noise. Not quite beachfront but easy walk without crossing any roads. There was a party of teens at another house nearby that was annoying but not under control of this property.

Overall good experience

We had several minor issues with this property. The electronic lock broke and we needed to leave the back door unlocked until it was replaced. The hot water pressure gave out and a plumber had to be called to fix. There was no garbage disposal in this house and that is very unhandy for preparing and cleaning up meals. Management was very responsive with our issues and we would use them again if we return.
