Bella Vita se encuentra a 50 pies del acceso a la playa privada justo al lado de 30A. ¡Pase sus vacaciones a pocos pasos de las playas de Sugar White y Emerald Waters! Esta casa de playa de 6 dormitorios / 6 ½ baños tiene capacidad para 18 personas (18 en camas y 2 en un sofá cama). Cada una de estas habitaciones cuenta con baños en suite. Esta casa cuenta con un gran porche que ofrece infinitas puestas de sol, brisas de verano y amaneceres. Esta casa también viene con una casa de transporte y un apartamento de nivel inferior. Esta casa es espaciosa, luminosa, con playas y la escapada perfecta a la playa para tu familia.

Una hermosa decoración playera y costera brinda tranquilidad y paz después de un día de relax en la playa. Con un hermoso piso de madera a través de la sala de estar / comedor principal, el plan de concepto abierto cuenta con dos sofás y dos sillas para sentarse junto con hermosos tonos de pinturas azules y, por supuesto, una televisión de pantalla plana y cable satelital para todos nuestros huéspedes. El comedor tiene una elegante mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 bajo una hermosa lámpara de araña contemporánea. La cocina grande está recién equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y hermosas encimeras de cuarzo con desayunador para asientos adicionales.

Justo al lado de la sala de estar principal hay 4 habitaciones espaciosas con baño privado, 2 master king suites, un dormitorio con 2 camas queen y una habitación con literas con 2 camas individuales sobre literas (4 camas individuales). Para la privacidad de los huéspedes, no busque más, hay una casa de transporte de concepto abierto independiente con su cama de matrimonio, baño completo y área de bar con fregadero. Excellent site. Private beach very close. Plenty of bathrooms for our party of 13. Great bedrooms. Kitchen had every thing needed to fix good meals. Nice to have beach equipment.

We had a great stay at this house! The location was amazing, and the private beach access was absolutely worth it. The house was very spacious and gave our whole family plenty of room to spread out. Having a bathroom for every bedroom was a huge bonus and made getting everyone ready so much easier. The carriage house had a closed-up smell when we first arrived, but after a day or two it wasn't really noticeable. The downstairs apartment's A/C went out two days before we left, but we were able to rearrange everyone into the main house without too much trouble. Beach Luxury Vacations was wonderful to work with. They called the day before our arrival to check in with us and were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this home was definitely worth it, and we would absolutely stay here again!

Steps from the Ocean

This is the best location we have found on 30A and we have been coming for years. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with a private neighborhood beach, and it is less than 50 feet from the sand without the insane beachfront price. Management was wonderful and easy to communicate with. We loved our vacation. Thank you so much!

This beach house was perfect for our family reunion! We loved having the beach access so close , just steps from the front door. Another great feature was having bathroom for every bedroom! The large porch was wonderful for morning coffee gatherings. The only caveat was the basement bedroom was not on par with the other bedrooms. We are all in our 60’s, it is perhaps better suited for younger adults. Overall, we loved this property, and will return! Tracy G

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely book again. The location was hard to beat — across the street from the easy beach access (no stairs) while still tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood without all the heavy traffic and crowds. Having the private neighborhood beach access was a huge bonus. Especially with all of the provided beach equipment. The house was very clean and comfortable and had plenty of space for our family to relax after long beach days. We also appreciated how convenient the location was to restaurants, shopping, and activities around the 30A area. Stinkys Fish Camp is one of our go to favorite restaurants in the area and we love spending time at Gulf Place. Communication with Beach Luxury Vacations was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was simple, questions were answered quickly, and the entire process felt smooth and stress free. Highly recommend!

2nd stay

This was our second stay at this fabulous home, and it was just as wonderful as we remembered. The proximity to the beach is impossible to beat. Just a few steps from the driveway and your feet are in the sand, which made it so easy to go back and forth throughout the day. The home is beautiful, comfortable, and in such an amazing location. We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely come back again. Thank you Beach Luxury Vacations for another great vacation at this home.

Location, location, location

The location could not have been better. The beach access is right across the driveway, making it incredibly easy to walk back and forth throughout the day even for the older crowd. It was so convenient to run back for lunch, grab something we forgot, or take a break from the sun. The house itself was very clean and very well stocked. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch in the evenings. We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book Bella Vita again for our next trip to 30A.

The space was excellent. Main house was more spacious than what the pictures represent, so was great! House was clean. Communication was great. Beach was beautiful and barely a 5 minute walk across the street, we had 2 and 3 year olds with no issues walking over there. They had a bunch of beach toys and umbrellas. Overall was a really good experience. Nice house and great location. There were just a few downsides. The apartment downstairs is smaller than we expected but was still a fine space. If looking at the pictures of the front of the house, it’s lower far right door, so is under the main house, so the walk to the main house is outside. It depends on who is staying in there on their comfort level being apart from everyone and main house and kitchen. But very bright flood lights in the front when walking at night. Overall, It felt kind of like a motel room :/ and the pictures make it look a bit nicer than what it was, so that was a bummer. But it does add a little more space if needed. Also, the main door does not have a deadbolt or chain lock, it’s just an electronic keypad on the outside. So essentially with little ones, they can just open the front door from inside and go out. It made us very nervous! We ended up putting a chair in front of the door overnight to block it so they wouldn’t wake up and try and open the front door. Back door has a deadbolt so is fine. Hopefully they change the front door lock. Overall it was a very nice stay with the whole family.

Based on your feedback, we have updated the downstairs apartment with new décor and added new photos to better represent the space. The apartment is located beneath the main home with its own exterior entrance, which may not be the ideal setup for every family, but many guests, especially teenagers. really enjoy having the extra privacy. We’re so happy your family had a great stay overall and hope to welcome you back again!

Large comfortable home

Large home that was perfect for our large family vacation. The apartment and carriage house gave plenty of privacy for our adult kids and their significant others while the main house served the purpose of our family dinners after a day at the beach, family game nights and lots of laughter. We absolutely loved the home, the location and how clean and comfortable it was.

Large beautiful home

Large beautiful home right across from the beach access. The apartment and carriage house were a fabulous addition for our adult children to stay in for privacy. We all gathered in the house for dinner after our days at the beach and ate at the most mouth watering restaurants near the home on the other days. One of the best family vacations ever!

Great location close to the nice private beach

Concrete wash off area would be nice to help with the sand . Had private chef cook fish we caught offshore. Kids had a good time at dark on the beach running around catching crabs . Much quieter and private than Watercolors area .

Great Time with Family!!

Such a great place to stay! We had our entire family 9 adults 8 children and we were very comfortable in this home! We absolutely loved the privacy of the beach that is just a short walk across the street from the home. My grandchildren loved the bunk room with the video games! Definitely will be back!
