Therefore, to encourage renters to conserve electricity during their stay, they will be responsible for electricity chargers during their stay.
• We will verify the electricity meter readings before check-in and check-out to determine your electricity usage. You will then be charged for actual usage. It is very simple- you pay for what you consume. The meter can be self-monitored daily.
• RENTALS 30 DAYS OR LESS the meter will be read and payment for electricity consumption will be collected before check out.
• RENTALS FOR MORE THAN 30 DAYS , Every 30 days we will read the meter and collect payment for the consumption.
DISCOUNTS:

When deciding on where to buy we were looking for things like the weather all year round , proximity to the beach as well as local spots, shops, restaurants. We wanted to be close to the local vibe.
Gated communities , far removed from the beach and the local culture did not interest us.
That is why we chose this place.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad
Besides being centrally located to the beach and all amenities, we feel the private roof top terrace is the best feature that a lot of the condos do not have. It offers that additional outdoor space which is just wonderful in a tropical climate . The evenings and beautiful sunsets that you can enjoy out there while having your favourite drink or snack. That is something you will remember from your vacation for a long time.
