Upstate Getaway at the Relaxing Ranch

Relaxing brick ranch minutes away from downtown Greenville & Lake Conestee. Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood 2 miles from Hwy 85 and woodruff road . The home also provides easy access to beautiful downtown Greenville( 5miles) and other area attractions such as Top Golf, Haywood mall and nice walks on trails at Lake Conestee park. We have three grocery stores located within a mile if you prefer to cook and relax by a warm fire or grill on the large covered patio. Rain, or shine, the covered patio provides plenty of relaxation with outdoor TV and is frequently visited by cardinals and hummingbirds. Property has a large fully fenced in back yard providing privacy and playground for kids and fur babies. As owners of two dogs we understand the difficulty in finding a vacation rental that is comfortable for the whole family. Master bedroom provides plenty of comfort with private bathroom, tv/cable, and beautiful wrought iron king bed with new mattress. The other two bedrooms are fitted with a queen and full-size bed and provide plenty of storage for clothes and other items. The second bathroom has double sinks and separated shower/large tub, providing plenty of room for everyone to get ready for their day. Kitchen is well stocked with a large dinning area should Guest wish to cook or grill. Guest are provided with convenient keyless check in and we are easily accessible to answer any questions via text or call. The neighborhood community pool will be closed after labor day for the season and reopen during memorial day.

Perfectly Located to explore GVL

There are only positives about this property! The location is perfect to explore all Greenville has to offer while enjoying a clean and comfortable stay. This rental is well appointed with every amenity, probably one of the better appointed rentals we have stayed at! Our dog throughly enjoyed the huge backyard and the weather was nice enough for us to enjoy a nap on the back deck. Finally, communication with the host was excellent from booking to check out.

Very clean and dog friendly

The hosts were amazing, very helpful with recommendations. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the yard we enjoyed the patio with tv while watching dogs. Location was great for what we needed betwwen fountain inn and greenville. Hope to stay again

Amazing place!

If you’re looking for a place in Mauldin or somewhere close to Greenville, this is where you want to stay! The house felt like home. It was very cozy & comfortable & very clean. The owner went out of his way to provide amenities & was very quick to respond when I texted him. Highly recommend!

Extended Stay

The home is everything you need for any length of stay which for us was 6 weeks. Very clean and every amenity was provided to make our stay feel like home. The very best hosts I've ever worked with after many home rentals. So responsive and willing to help when asked. Back yard was great for our dog and hanging out. Location was great if you're looking to explore the region as a whole. Fifteen minutes to most attractions including downtown Greenville.

Our stay at your home was very comfortable and enjoyable. The decor was so charming, particularly the old fashion record player and the records were a treat. it was only an 8 minute ride from our family, which made it so convenient. We would gladly recommend your property.

We relocated from Georgia and needed a place to stay while house hunting. We stayed for 3 weeks. The hosts thought of every detail. Comfortable furniture, especiall the king bed in the master. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard, and we enjoyed grilling on the bavk deck. Would definitely stay again!yard

This house is a gem!

We were looking for a break from a cold, snowy winter and decided to experience Greenville. We were so fortunate to find this house, a comfortable, well-equiped home away from home. The house is equipped with everything you will need, both inside and out. We were sad to leave!

Peaceful retreat

Beautiful home in a beautiful serene neighborhood. The home had everything we could ask for. We loved hearing and watching the birds with our morning coffee which was also provided and delicious. Our fur babies would have loved it here. Close to everything without any noise. Will be back for sure!

Beautiful home but the advertised pool was a community pool a long way from the house. Pool wasen't even open until 4pm.

The place was immaculate , everything was there , it was like being in your own home you need nothin

Everything was wright around the corner ,you would want , the pool was great , the house all you need to bring is your clothes , and buy food to eat for the refrigerator . And anything you could Imagine is there already. The host and his wife were there to help in anyway that was possible for you , don’t think , just get it and go ,you will not be disappointed for sure , and Iam not related to them , a total stranger ,but yet they make you feel like family. Perfect spot to stay

This place was ideal for what we needed. We stayed for a week and traveled with our small dog too. Neighborhood is nice and easily accessible to travel to downtown Greenville. We have relatives that live in Simpsonville & Greenville area and wanted to visit with them for an extended stay. We took time off and also worked remotely a few days. WiFi/internet is very strong - handled two laptops and the house is big enough to take calls simultaneously in separate rooms. Overall very clean and description was accurate. Nice outside deck and yard. Easy check in/out process too. Owner easily accessible.

Greenville Getaway

We needed a centralized location as we were looking at the area for relocation. The home was perfect! We have 2 mini Aussies. The fenced large backyard gave them all the space they needed. Our host absolutely have gone out of their way to make the home perfect. The details down to the coffee service. I can see they love to antique. I enjoyed seeing all of the fun decor. Oh, can’t forget the record player and the classic albums! We had a ball listening to Elvis! Thank you so much for checking on us and making our trip seamless. Highly recommend!

Great place for a family stay! Dog loved it!

We stayed at the ranch for almost two weeks and enjoyed every minute. If you are traveling with a dog, this is the most dog-friendly house you can imagine! Everything from dog toys to bowls to waste pickup supplies was provided; all the trash cans are covered, too, which was a huge help with our dog. The huge fenced yard was awesome, with a very comfortable seating area on the covered deck. The neighborhood is nice to walk in and very quiet. We appreciated being very close to all the necessities (bank, post office, pharmacy, gas station, grocery store, etc.). We loved walking with our dog in the nearby nature preserve and easily popping over to downtonwn Greenville for lunch or shopping. Horseback riding was a quick 20 minute trip, too. This house has everything you need and truly felt like a home away from home with lots of nice touches (first aid supplies, laundry baskets, coffee station, travel size toiletries, spice cabinet) that are not provided in many rentals (we should know - this is our fourth rental property stay this summer alone). The wifi and tv setup worked perfectly, and we enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen. The homeowner takes immaculate care of the yard and property and checked in several times to make sure everything was going well. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property.

A Relaxing Haven Close to Greenville's Attractions

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming brick ranch in Mauldin, 10 mins from downtown Greenville, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. The moment we arrived, we felt a sense of tranquility. The house itself was so charming, and the owners had clearly put a lot of thought into creating a comfortable and inviting space. The large covered patio quickly became our favorite spot, whether rain or shine. We spent many mornings there, serenaded by the delightful presence of cardinals and hummingbirds. The bedrooms were cozy and provided ample storage for our belongings. The master bedroom, with its private bathroom, and the gorgeous wrought iron king bed, felt like a true sanctuary. One of the highlights of this property was its proximity to downtown Greenville, with its vibrant atmosphere and countless entertainment options. We enjoyed exploring nearby places such as Falls on the Reedy and the beautiful trails at Lake Conestee Park. The owners were fantastic hosts, providing keyless check-in for our convenience. They were readily available via text or call to answer any questions or address any concerns we had. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our memorable stay was appreciated. We can't recommend this property enough for a relaxing getaway. We're already looking forward to our next visit and creating more wonderful memories in this exceptional home.

Beautiful Getaway Oasis

This home is a great getaway, and about 7 minutes from downtown Greenville, and other fine restaurants. It is beautifully decorated, clean, and smells so inviting when you enter the home. It has a wonderful deck in back to sit and relax with a refreshing beverage of your choice, cook on grill, or play croquet. The owners are very kind and accomadating. We did not want to leave the oasis we were in. We hope to come back in the future, if this little treasure is not already booked. It's an amazing getaway.

Perfect place… So comfortable :-) Homeless so well stopped… And so relaxing… Such a quiet peaceful neighborhood… And the back covered deck was our favorite… We spent every afternoon/evening enjoying the outdoors.. Also the homeowners couldn’t have been more gracious/kind or helpful during our entire stay

Great Accommodations!

Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to stay! Beautiful, super clean house. The kids and our dog loved the back yard. The attention to detail was amazing, everything we needed and then some was furnished for us, coffee, condiments, linens, outdoor games for the kids! This is a no brainer. Next time we are in the area this will definitely be our first choice! Bob, D, the kids and Milo too.

Wonderful accommodations

I don't usually do reviews but this house was immaculate. It was so well stocked, there was nothing to run out and get. The deck and the yard are beautiful. So nice to enjoy the fully fenced large yard for pets. The house was spotless, the landscaping colorful with blooms and the yard freshly mowed. Our stay could not have been better! Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
