Newly remodeled living and dining rooms with all new furniture! Beautifully updated and well appointed 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachfront condo with 2 private patios located directly on the sugar white sands of Panama City Beach. Unobstructed views of the Gulf and sunsets, Aquavista condos are low density so less crowded beaches and beach chair service included with rental (chair service is seasonal and provided approx March-October only). Heated swimming pool and hot tub.

Short trip to grocery store and located within walking distance of the famous City Pier and new Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex with over 80 stores and restaurants.

Perfect escape

The condo what’s exactly what we needed. The owners were super accommodating. It was very clean and well stocked. The sound of the waves crashing on the shore was a bonus. Beach access was steps away. This condo is perfect for a little escape.

Excellent stay

The condo is well appointed for a beach stay. It comes with the beach chairs and umbrella service which was wonderful. You can hear the surf from the balcony. Our family agrees will stay here again!

Quiet and relaxed atmosphere

Enjoyed my stay, convenient to grocery store, easy quick access to beach. Wonderful view of sunset, enjoyed a relaxed quiet time away from work

Beachfront 3 bedroom

We loved the location and the unit. One downside was the full sized mattress in the one bedroom was not comfortable for my daughter. She said it had a divert in the middle. This is not on the owners but the hot tub was not hot for a few days and it did not bubble. We saw some awesome sunsets, dolphins and fireworks ( we were there for new year’s)from the balcony. We would definitely book again if our travels take us back to Panama City Beach

Great Week

My family and I had a great week. This place is awesome. The communication with the property manager was great throughout the entire process also. I will book future vacations and Panama City Beach Florida again.

Awesome place to stay

Excellent condo. Location was perfect, right on the beach with gorgeous ocean views from balcony. All the instructions were spot-on. Will definitely stay here again if possible.

Great place

We will definitely stay here again! Hosts were wonderful, furniture was clearly brand new. Rooms were great. View of the gulf couldn't have been better.

The ocean view was amazing!! The cleanliness and decor was great!! Great birthday and sibling get away. We will definitely be rebooking and the journal was a great touch.

Perfect stay

The condo had everything we needed and more. Bathroom and kitchen updates were lovely! The owner was very responsive to one very minor issue. And you can’t beat the views!!

Great Location and Great Communication

This property location is amazing! The building is not as crowded as others, and that was evident from how few people were on the beach. Excellent and quick communication from the owners. Condo itself is spacious with a lot of small extras that were super helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Bachelorette Weekend

Great condo in a convenient location. Just make sure you print your parking pass before you get there. We missed that and had to run to CVS to get it printed. Other than that it’s a great place to stay.

Panama City girls trip

The views are absolutely amazing. Spent most of the time in the ocean. The condo was gorgeous loved the quieter location. Only negative was the parking got a parking pass a year in advance had to park across the street three times meanwhile people parking with no visible pass in their window.

We love Aquavista, beaches are beautiful and less crowded with its quiet, relaxed atmosphere, you’ll never want to leave! We love the family friendliness of the west end of Panama City Beach and all the outdoor recreational activities it offers.

Smaller condo community, less crowded beaches and our unit is on the 3rd floor so just a short walk to the private beach and pool. Relax on the beach with beach chair service provided March through October. Fabulous gulf front views.
