100 W. Court St., 1A. Our condo is very unique in all aspects. It is in a perfect downtown location with a parking place provided. The exposed brick walls and hardwood floors provide plenty of character and the furnishings provide all the luxuries of home. The condo is very open and spacious. You will enjoy the private outdoor patio accented with ivy walls and special lighting. For your convenience also has it's own private entrance for your convenience.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We loved our stay in Greenville in this beautiful condo! Located downtown and close to the river everything we wanted to do was walkable! The restaurants and shops were close by as was the Swamp Rabbit walking/cycling trail. Condo was clean and well appointed. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

The condo was very clean and well appointed. The bed and living room sitting area furniture were all very comfortable. Enjoyed the outdoor patio as well. Laundry in the unit was wonderful. This is a beautiful condo stocked with everything you would need. Located very close to Main Street, you can walk to many shops and restaurants. It is also wonderful to have parking included, for excursions out of town. I highly recommend this property!
