House is very nice, neighborhood is not. No one should attempt to park on the drive, The side parking is the best place to park. I would not suggest this home for anyone with mobility issues. You must walk around the yard to the front door, the steps are steep and slant. The other issue with the neighborhood is the number of animals which look very under fed and not taken care of, not the fault of the property or the property manager; however, as an animal lover , I had a difficult time seeing the dogs next door and the environment in which they were forced to live.

Great Place!

Very clean, very modern. You can tell it was recently updated. All the amenities you might want (except none of the TV apps like Netflix were attached to any accounts so you would have to provide your own). The neighborhood is not very "nice" but we didn't mind too much.

The neighborhood wasn't attractive and the neighbor next door was very rude and disrespectful..no internet due to weather but manager offered a discount. But the neighbor wasnt welcoming we were concerned for our safely.do not use the steep drive way park on the side of the house. Wish we had a key to the side gate where we parked to have better access to the house.

Overall, nice

Upon arrival to the place, kiko did not work result fairly quickly. However, hard after a long drive. The neighbor tried to help on the driveway pretty steep. You should probably put in your directions to Have People Park on the Side of the house, so you don't wreck your car and neighbors seemed a little nosy. Neighborhood somewhat questionable and you cannot really walk to the rabbit trail from this house. The street is too busy for that. Short drive. The house is really nice though. However, we did have a broken shower head in the master bath. Management was very, very quick in getting that fixed, and so I would say, great service.

Bare Minimum

Chose this option for the open kitchen as our family loves to cook and we would be there for a holiday. The kitchen had only the bare minimum of what you would need for a fully functional kitchen. The oven did not keep temp so it took a lot longer to make anything. There were only 4 towels in the entire home for showering and the washing machine leaked. Only cleaning product provided was Windex which did not help for cleaning up the stove area of grease after cooking. Water pressure was terrible and would barely get hot. Central Heater worked well though. Neighborhood is not what I was expecting, but we weren't too far from anything we wanted to do. Not being from the area and seeing Swamp Rabbit Trail in the listing made us think we would be right in the middle of it all, nope actually never figured out what walk to take to get there, not that I would want to in the neighborhood anyway. Listing mentioned private yard, sure it is, but the fence is falling down so is it really?
