Roman Residenza is a newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in the historic center of Rome, steps from Campo de’ Fiori, Piazza Farnese, and Trastevere, and just a short walk from Piazza Navona.
Located on a private, quiet street, the apartment is filled with natural light and offers a rare sense of calm in the heart of the city. One bedroom has a private balcony, and the entire apartment is rented exclusively to you.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Kindly remove trash or any personal items.
The garbage bins are located outside the building: turn left as you exit the building, walk until you find the trash bins. Bins are labeled according to the type of trash in English and Italian.
Please, empty the fridge: I'm not allowed to use anything you may leave behind. Thank you!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Treat my place as if it was your own. Be moderate when using AC: electricity is expensive here.. Provide info on flight, check-in and check-in time.
A city tax of €6 per guest above 10 is to be paid in cash, at check-in, for each night in the apartment (e.g.: 2 persons, 5 nights: €6x2x5= €60.).
