Clean, comfy, excellent responses from rental team. Would stay again, certainty.
Filled most of our needs. Location was great, fantastic service. Tenth time in Rome and this was a good experience. Clean, clean, clean.

Excellent Location & Very Clean Apartment
The apartment was very clean and in a great location very close to many restaurants.
Very nice apartment in an excellent location
Our family of four found this apartment very comfortable, clean and accessible to everything we wanted to do in Rome. There was plenty of space to enjoy some downtime in between excursions through busy and fabulous Rome. The apartment had great proximity to excellent gelato, good neighborhood restaurants, open markets and grocery stores. The apartment was also close to the river which was very nice for the early morning runners and late evening strollers in our group.
Beautiful apartment and so convenient!
We loved staying in this apartment! Very clean and in such a convenient spot in Rome! Ira was very helpful and gave us some nice tips about Rome!
Great potential, less greed, more humanity.
Great location for the Campo di Fiori area including daily market, loads of mid-range Italian restaurants, good air conditioning, plenty of space. At a cost for our 10 days equivalent to a 5-star hotel, we would have expected more generosity (welcoming bottle of wine? friendly, guided tour of the apartment?) and a full info pack inside the apartment so we wouldn’t have to phone the appointed agents to get the stove to work or be told of a special device for the stove in order to make espresso.
Our experience would have been improved in a number of ways. For example, a softer mattresses (we like firm but not rock hard) so you might want to put the sofabed mattress on top of the bed as we had to do for short-term relief. Equally, 2 loo rolls, 2 bars of soap, 2 dishwasher tablets, no change of towels/sheets for 10 days, no paper towels/napkins is corner-cutting. For this price, there should be a fully-stocked apartment and kitchen (including cooking utensils, salt/pepper, knives, bowls, cafetiere, etc.).
Finally, despite the promise of fixing the lack of WiFi – out of service for our last 5 days – this did not happen.
Great potential, less greed, more humanity.
Great location, roomy apartment; Nicely renovated/decorated, but weak infrastructure
We just returned from our four day stay in this apartment. Savio, the manager/owner (not sure which) was excellent. The booking and our arrival/departure arrangements were all very well coordinated. Despite the lack of curb appeal - faced with four large garbage cans upon entering the building - the apartment was nicely renovated/decorated, in a great location, and there was plenty of room for the two of us and two of our adult children.
However, we were disappointed with the performance of the infrastructure in the apartment and the comfort of the living room. The internet was very 'spotty', regardless of our call to the office and our efforts to reboot the modem several times, based on their recommendation. This issue was actually reported in a different review and the response from the owner was that the issue had been 'fixed'. Unfortunately, that is not the case. Also, there is not enough hot water for 4 adults. None of us were taking long showers, but this was a continuous problem. Lastly, the heating/air conditioning system is not working properly. Despite a visit from someone in the office, who was not able to fix it, we were unable to regulate the heat in the apartment. Luckily, it was not too cold or too warm during our visit.
My last comment, is that the living room was not particularly comfortable to sit in. A carpet on the cold stone floors would probably be helpful.
Thank you for your reservation and your feedback concerning your stay at Grotta Pinta 3 Apartment. Sorry for your disappointment about the quality of the flat, I have been working on the various issues you reported, my apologies for not being able to sort them out during your stay.
