Polo and Pear Cottage

Located in the historic downtown Soho (South Ohio) district, and in the heart of dining and shopping on Main Street. This guesthouse is close to Culver Academies, and two blocks from beautiful Lake Maxinkuckee. This charming historic house has ample room to sleep four with an upstairs and downstairs bat. Great for entertaining guests with a full kitchen and large backyard patio for cookouts and relaxing. Your home awaits you.

PLEASE NOTE- Do not request booking until I have responded to your inquiry. Three (3) night minimum stay normally. 4 nights for May grad and May Reunion.

PARENTS WEEKEND=$350p/night, 3 night minimum.
MAY REUNION= $400 p/night, 4 night minimum.
GRADUATION (May)= $400 p/night, 4 night minimum.
SUMMER CAMP PERMIT WEEKEND = $350p/night, 3 night minimum.

Great home 1 block off Main Street. Clean, lots of towels, and everything you need for a wonderful stay! Loved sitting on the front sun porch. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Will definitely rent again!

Dave's cottage is a gem!

Great weekend stay! Immaculate, beautiful home and Dave has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and relaxing. Loved walking around the corner to Cafe Max for breakfast and a stroll around town. Easy walk to the lake too. Polo and Pear for the win!

Lovely Home and Garden in the Heart of Culver

The owner was proactive in making sure that we knew what to expect with the bedrooms upstairs and the check-in procedures. Check-in and Check-out was easy. The house is historic but very up to date for modern needs and nicely decorated. Very comfortable and easy to feel like home. Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. We will try to stay here again on future Culver visits.
