•A communal play area of 100 sqm on the ground level of the villa with direct access to the pool, where you can also have dinner or lunch all together. There is a Smart TV, a ping pong table, a football table, music, etc

ATTENTION:
-The primary renter needs to meet a minimum age of 25 years old.

-Both pools can be heated with an extra charge of 450 euros per week or 200 euros per 3 day stay. Extra charge is to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least 2 days in advance. Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

-19 people sleep in real beds and the rest up to 23 will use the sofas that are situated in each one of the apartments

*Considering Weddings and Events the below rules apply.
-Common quiet hours for music are 15:00-17:30 and 23:00-07:00.
After 23:00 the music should be low or play music indoors.
