There is a sun porch on the second floor where you can enjoy your coffee and see vibrant sunrises over the ocean. Let the sound of the waves rock you to sleep in one of the five bedrooms, one of which is on the first floor, all kept cool and comfortable with central air conditioning throughout.

There are many local nearby activities such as chartered fishing trips, the Block Island Ferry and great local restaurants!

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.
