This beautiful home has space to accommodate all guests comfortably with 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, additional sleeping quarters in the recreation room and plentiful dining space. As you enter the main level you are greeted with a gourmet kitchen with Thermador/Subzero appliances, warming drawer, 3 ovens, 2 refrigeration drawers, and Miele and Bosch dishwashers. The kitchen flows into the dining room that seats 12. The open floor plan is perfectly suited for easy living. Off the dining room you'll find the main living room where you can sit back, relax and take in the calming ocean views. Around the corner is the second living area/sitting space for a more cozy vibe. Off this level you have access to the spectacular deck space. There are three outdoor sitting areas (table of 8 with umbrella, table of 6 with umbrella and side table with two chairs) all of which give you views of Narragansett Bay. The deck doesn't stop there! Perfect for anytime of the day to escape the bugs or sun!-There is a screened in gazebo that overlooks the pool with wicker furniture, ceiling fan and seating for 6. Right outside the gazebo, conveniently there is a gas grill, outdoor mini fridge and sink.

On the main level, there is the primary ensuite with a king bed. The additional 4 bedrooms are located on the second floor. The first on the left with 2 twins (bunk bed, white) which doubles as an office space, second on the left with 1 twin and 1 king (blue). The two bedrooms to the right have their own private balconies with Adirondack chairs giving a special spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening libation while overlooking the ocean. The 2nd bedroom to the right (green) is the second primary ensuite with a king bed. The first bedroom to the right (orange) has a queen bed. There is a great size full bathroom located off the hallway with a double sink and private door to the toilet/shower.

Now let's get to the the pool! For those days you don't feel like packing up the crew to head to the beach or dealing with the sand/crowds, jump on in the pool, sunbathe, and grill your favorite summer barbecue. In the pool yard there is an outdoor table with 8 chairs and umbrella , 2 cushioned lounge chairs and 4 chairs which surround the gas fire pit. Not only can this space be utilized during the day, it can be enjoyed at night! Fire up the pit, roast some s'mores, dabble in some nighttime swimming as the pool is heated and equipped with nighttime lighting! The beauty of this property is that you can walk to the beach, rinse off in the fully enclosed outdoor shower and then hang out by the pool. Adjacent to the pool yard, there is a pool room with a refrigerator, extra tables, children toys and books. Last but not certainly least, on the lower level through the pool room there is a recreation room with a full kitchen, trundle bed, refrigerator and full bathroom. This space is multifunctional and can be used as an additional sleeping quarters offering privacy from the rest of the house or an additional kitchen/prep space as it allows easy access to the pool area!

This property includes 4 Narragansett Town Beach Passes, 4 beach chairs, boogie boards, push cart and beach umbrella. This property is truly special and has all there is to need for a summer vacation!

Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
