House was perfect for our family - five adults and five children under the age of 10. Having the beach an easy walk (even for a three year old) was great. The weather was perfect all week, sunny with a slight breeze. Nice waves at the beach for boogie boarding. And coming home to the pool was wonderful - the kids enjoyed that extra time in the water.The Bricrist home was an easy check in - we received our code an hour before check in time, as promised. The kitchen was well stocked and well laid-out. The large island was great for having the kids help make pizza one night for dinner. We enjoyed the screened-in porch for bingo games and the two seating areas worked out so the kids could wind down and watch a movie at night and the adults could sit in the other room reading and catching up.Definitely a five-star stay!

The Bricrist rental home is fabulous! The home sits in a prime location, a 5–10 minute walk to the town beach, and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The kitchen always seems to be the main gathering place for everyone, and this kitchen layout is perfect. The floor plan is open with a very comfortable feel. The dining area is wonderful and accommodated our group perfectly. The layout of the entire house is well thought of with every detail being perfect. The appliances in the kitchen are top notch, bedrooms have plenty of storage, drawers, and closets. (Don’t think I didn’t notice the beautiful upgraded handle on the primary bathroom door.) The upstairs bedrooms are good sizes but lack adequate lighting. We ate every meal we could on the outside deck as there are 2 outdoor tables. The screened porch has a very relaxed atmosphere and always seemed to have a nice breeze. A definite asset was having the heated pool although the temperature of the pool is debatable. The home is phenomenal with many personal touches.
