We represent the official management of Casa Mateo and will be your hosts during your stay. We handle all your pre-arrival requirements smoothly, including airport pick-up, dining arrangements upon arrival, event setup, massage services, and any specific dietary needs you may have.

For families and young parents, we provide a complimentary extra crib, high chair, and stair gate. We can also arrange childminding or nanny services if needed. Since each room has a unique design, I usually assist with room arrangements for guests who have accessibility needs or special requirements. This is to ensure that you and every member of your group have a wonderful and comfortable experience at Casa Mateo.

Surrounded by high green walls, the villa features a spacious living room, large pool, lavish lawn, and simple modern design, making it ideal for groups and families. It's also just a 5-10 minute drive from top destinations such as Seminyak Village, Ku De Ta, Potato Head, La Lucciola, and Sardine, among others.

Our experienced and highly skilled service team understands your needs and provides a level of service that's rare among private villas. The full-service staff is available from 7 am, or earlier if you wish to have breakfast served at a specific time. They handle daily cleaning of each room and the entire villa area. You'll also have your own private chef to prepare lunch or dinner, with an extensive menu selection. The cost is simply for the groceries, with a small provision for the shopping service. In the afternoon, your bed will be prepared with a turndown service, ensuring everything is ready for a restful night.

For a relaxing experience, our staff can arrange for massage or body treatment services to be provided in the villa. They can also offer recommendations and make reservations for restaurants or excursions during your stay. Our security team is on standby around the clock to ensure your safety and security.
